2度目のスプリト訪問ですが、今回はダルマチア地方観光の拠点として、こちらで4連泊させていただきました。前回も夜の到着でホテルの場所探しに苦労したのですが、今回も夜の到着のところ、ゲストハウスの方が通りまで出迎えていただいていたおかげで、大変助かりました。これほどホスピタリティが高く、清潔かつ快適なゲストハウスはこれまで経験したことがありません。暮らすように旅をしたい方に自信をもってお勧めできるゲストハウスです。

The owner Malena was very kind and with her hospitality our stay was very confortable!! The only hard part was there was no elevator but besides that it was very nice and clean!

立地はバツグン。ホストのホスピタリティも高く、快適に過ごせました。

スプリットに到着し何も分からない私たちに親切に周辺の観光スポットやおいしいレストランを教えてくれたマレーナさん。すぐにその温かさが伝わり暖かい気持ちになりました。また泊まりたいし、マレーナさんにも会いたいし、スプリットのことがとても好きになりました。これもこのホテルに泊まり素敵な出会いのお陰です。

部屋は広くて冷房、冷蔵庫など揃っていてとても快適。 街中にあり、どこに行くにも良い場所にあります。 また次に訪れる時にも、利用させていただきたいと思いました。

場所は宮殿の敷地内、と素晴らしい。まあ宿としてはSOBEなのだがオーナーのマレーナさんがいい方。ここのレストランが美味しい、ここにスーパーがあるなど実に親切。部屋はすんごい広い。ゆったり泊まりたい方、オススメ

地図で探してホテル付近に着いたが、目指すホテルの名前が見つからない。近くの人が「ここ」だと教えてくれたけど、何の表示もない、だけど住所は間違いない???。誰もいない。また、近くの人に聞くと「ベル」を押しなさいという。アパートみたいなところを４階まで登ってベルを見つけて押した、中から老婦人がでてきたので、今日宿泊予定のものですと云ってプリントアウトした予約表を見せたが、そんなものはないと云う。そんなこと言われても困るので、この予約表をよく見てくれとねばった。むこうもあれこれ書類をひっくり返していたが、ようやく思い出したと云って、ここではない別のところにあると云いつれて行かれた。予約は英国人ということになっていた名前が同じだからいいでしょうと言われた。どこでどう間違って日本が英国になったのか。

とても親切で優しいご主人でした。２日とも所在地とは違う場所での滞在でしたが、１回目はとても広い部屋、２回目は女主人のお母様と同じ家の部屋。自家製レモネードを頂いたりしました。お勧めの場所や食事場所を教えて下さったり、本当にご親切。お会計時にはクロアチアで有名なチョコメーカーKRUSのチョコやウエハースをプレゼントして下さったり。ここに泊まって本当に良かったです。

La anfitriona es muy amable y servicial. El lugar es muy limpio, cómodo y en una muy buena ubicación.

Had an excellent stay here. Malena was very helpful and even made some lemonade for me. The location is very central and the rooms are clean. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially solo travellers, but please keep in mind that it’s on the third floor and there isn’t and elevator because it is an old building. :)

Não tinha lido que a hospedagem fica no 3º andar de um prédio. Foi muito cansativo subir com as malas. Fora isso, tudo ok.

Charming and helpful. Greeted us with lemonade and cookies. She gave us a brief language lesson. She also encouraged us to utilize the laundry line, which was needed. She also invited us to use the upper floor balcony ( which we didn’t, but still was nice)

Great location. Our room was spacious, very clean with a super comfy bed. Host was delightful

Very easy to get around. Great location and good service. Feel like home.

Malena is lovely and attentive. Exceptionally clean and a nice bathroom which isn’t always the case in these tiny places. It’s in the place central area and hard to find. Also she has no way to accept payment except cash. I did not pay Expedia site ahead of time and had to go to ATM to get cash. This should be stated on the website along with 5 flights of stairs to walk up.

Had a wonderful stay! Malena is such a wonderful host, and the location is perfect, although a little bit hidden. Would definitely recommend.

Malena was lovely and accommodated our early check in, and even made us some lemonade! She kindly gave us some recommendations of things to do. The room, while clean, was *really* small - perfect for 1 person, but way too tight for two. The tv was not working. She invited us to use her terrace, which was up a flight of stairs to her space, and featured a pretty view of the bell tower and a lovingly tended garden. We had some difficulty finding it, and the entrance and stairwell up were decrepit looking - lots of stairs, so not recommended for less able bodied people.

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was the most friendly, welcoming person and gave us recommendations of things nearby to see. The location is absolutely ideal—right I. The heart of things in the old town so that we could come and go as we explored throughout the day! The room was beautiful, with a view of the cathedral above the neighboring rooftops. The host lest us store our bags for the morning after checking out and she was there to see us off at noon!
