I didn't know how this hotel get good reviews. condition in room is terrible. Hotel might have a concept of antique room but your lamps and tables are so old and musty and dirty. your toilet is terrible. everywhere stained badly. your bidet and shower head is faulty. shower curtain is black and full of fungus. your bed, the mattress is so dusty and have bed mites all over. there is also small unknown particles all over the mattress. had to endure a sleepless night and change hotel next day. There is also a very foul smell at the entrance of the room only to find it was cat litter which was left to dry and smell. told your guard but he said can only clean in the morning and turn out that your night guard was also your cleaner in the morning. worst night ever in CH. no more going back unless you refurbish and buck up on your service.

Memang amat berbaloi, bilik besar, staff memang cukup ramah, memang amat sesuai untuk pasangan baru berkahwin dan keluarga sebab kawasan jauh dari hotel lain, dikelilingi pokok2 bunga yang cantik.

This hotel is awesome. Even though its location is a bit far from Tanah Rata city center (around 10 mins walk), the beauty of this hotel compensate for its location. However, hotel can improve their WiFi connection because it is really bad. Even cellular reception is really bad too in the area. For those looking for honeymoon venue, this is the right place indeed!
