広く清潔で立派な部屋、親切なスタッフで満足しました。ありがとうございます。

The room was very nice. The hotel has easy access to the train station and tourist attractions, yet very quiet.

Staff are friendly. The room I stayed was clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

朝１０時前に着いたが、部屋を手配してくれて助かりました｡

スタンダードダブルの部屋を取りました。街中の割に部屋の大きさも充分で清潔でした。 受付も常時２人いて安全面も問題なしです。ジュネーブ駅からも長距離用バスターミナルからも近いので移動には大変便利な場所です。滞在中にバスでシャモニモンブランまで往復しました。食料品が沢山揃っているManorデパートまで徒歩２分です。

The staff at the reception are well informed , and provided me enough information about Geneva and places to visit around the hotel . It was a short stay but I am fully satisfied with my visit.

Meh. Expensive. Loud, and a pretty meager experience

Helped with parking directions and placed parking cone outside of hotel so we could park for short time to load luggage.

Elevator was not very efficient. Basic services but very nice staff and good breakfast.

Nice hotel with air conditioning, decent room size, close to train station and shopping mall, friendly staff. Strongly recommended!

construction outside was a nuisance

good hotel in a great location for the lake, tours and station. room was large clean and comfortable however have yo mark down due to the noise from the major construction site opposite. They should have warned in advance or at least put us at the rear as hotel did not appear to be full. work started between 6 and 7 so sleep effected

Its in a historic building and it shows. Very nicely renovated and decorated. The place has character. Great location, close to the Jet d'Eau and other attractions. Only nit I have is that they have no coffee machines in the room; the front desk made coffee for us before an early checkout, which was very nice of them.

We were 3 travelers and found the location to be very convenient as well the staff was super helpful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I highly recommend the hotel! It was a good value for the area and still felt high-end. The room was large and clean and had nice toiletries. The staff were also excellent and very friendly, particularly Kate. She gave us directions, helped us plan a trip to CERN, let us leave our bags before/after check-in/out, and even gave us some water as we were leaving.
