Property is clean enough for a night stay or short stays. Price was much better than other hotels around. Very basic and lacked amenities. No vending and limited ice and no shampoo and conditioners were put in the room. Area was questionable with strange people hanging around and lots of very big aggressive dogs that were not well behaved. Overall would be good for a short stay.

About what I expected

Towels and washcloths were dingy, small, and falling apart. No hairdryer in room. Hallway smelled of smoke because other guests were smoking indoors.

Room was dirty, stinky and not clean toilet didn't flush would never have thought about showering there!

Pesimo

It was ok. Good deal for the price. They had things you could buy to microwave and soda, ice cream and other items to purchase. They keep the price down by not doing breakfast or having hair dryers in the rooms.

Location was good. Had to ask for towels and wash clothes. Asked for another pillow only three in room. Had to go down and get it out selves

No air conditioning in building but you could turn some on in your room. Filthy room and basic maintenance was lacking

Great place

Motel 6 was adequate for our stay. There are photos online that show a fitness area, but there is not a fitness area. There is a sign on the outside of the building for NO SMOKING within 25 feet, but there were several travelers smoking outside, leaning on the sign, in fact. The hallways are outdated and rough looking, which can deter you from staying at this motel. However, the room looked better, which made a difference in our decision to stay at this motel.

The bathtub was dirty. The cabinet drawers had no handles. The TV stand was busted on one side. The closed rack looked like it would fall down if you put any clothes in it. no coffee or continental breakfast. For the price, it should have been in better condition.

Only needed one night and my go to hotel in downtown Lancaster had a major price increase from a year ago. This motel is tired and worn, despite some evidence of a cosmetic upgrade. The location is poor and right on a busy section of Route 30 just before the bypass section. No AC in the common areas so the windows were open. Room AC did work fine. No coffee maker or coffee in the lobby. Room was clean at least. When I checked in a State Trooper arrived on the lot and the staff seemed used to him showing up. Next morning as I was checking out there were 2 police cars and an ambulance there. None of that inspires confidence in the place. It was cheap for summer in Lancaster, but the lesson is you get what you pay for.....

Reasonable price for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was excellent for taking a shower. The air conditioning system worked great, and the property was safe and convenient to many dining options. The staff was super helpful and friendly. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Dirty carpet

The beds were comfy, the room was clean but the bathroom had many visible mold patches growing. Reported to check out and a very dismissive ok I’ll let the manager know.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. TV did not work. No coffee pot in the room and they did not offer any coffee . Read the amenities description carefully when booking.

This property looks great.

I will never go back it was only for one night but it was the most discussing place I’ve ever been. The room was gross the tub was dirty and my son took a shower and his feet wast black from the floors, also the hall way was hot stinky and dirty and had people living there that was lurking in the hall. I was honestly scared to be there with my 6 year old daughter and son. There was a lot of crazy looking people that looked like they was on something. I will never set foot in a motel6 again.
