NO hot water!

とても手頃な値段であり施設はそれなりですが、立地は最高で、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。近くの別建物でいただく朝食は期待していなかったのですが、薄めのキッシュのようなオムレツがあったりして満足でした。

エアコンが使えなかったが特に問題はなかった。

広場からすぐで。観光に便利なロケーション。部屋もよかった。ただ、チェックインは48時間前に連絡しておかないといけない。予約確認書には電話番号しか載っていない。しかし、時間をおいてかけても、その番号は使われていないような音声が流れるばかりだった。いろいろさがして、何度も電話をかけ、ネットで番号を探してやっと連絡がついた。他はよかったがたいへん手間取った。

プライベートとはいえ、バスルームが部屋の外なのは驚いた。 でも清潔で快適だった。 スタッフもとても親切。

夜間の騒音はひどかったが、観光地に近く便利だった。

シエナな旧市街の中心部にありカンポ広場には徒歩１分、シエナ大聖堂までも徒歩5分と立地的には申し分ないホテルです。 ただ、私が宿泊した部屋はシャワー・トイレ付きとなっていたのに、シャワールームが廊下を隔てた向かいにあり、いったん自分の部屋を出てシャワー・トイレに行かなければならなかった。 それに匂いが酷くて、シャワーを浴びる気にもならなかった。 但し、私の部屋だけで他の部屋は分かりません。

カンポ広場にも、ほど近いシエナの街中心部にあり（中世に迷い込んだような街並み）、とても便利なロケーションでした。とても静かで居心地の良いホテルです。部屋は天井が高く、ロマンティックな天蓋付きのベッドでした。料金もリーズナブルでコストパフォーマンスの非常に高い、最高のホテルでした。また利用したいホテルです。ちなみに、シエナ駅から街中心部までは、タクシーで１０分程です。

スタッフ（オーナー）がゲストのニーズを良く理解しているので助かりました。値段と立地を考えればお得かと思います。駐車のサービスも的確で、ホテル近くに停められはしませんが、別途料金で駐車、呼び寄せも手配してくれました。

we had no breakfast

We had the room across the street from the main entrance so window directly to the street. It s the handicap room and we are not. So the bathroom wasn’t great for us. The shower floor was dirty and i had to clean before I showered. There is a huge lack of outlets. I asked to have 2 twin beds and i ended up with a 3rd bed that was uncomfortable and crowded the room

Hôtel fermé à 18h00 alors que les horaires indiqué à 19h00. Plusieurs appels sans réponse avant d’avoir la communication et les instructions difficile à comprendre.

Located in the center, which is perfect to wonder around. If carrying luggage be aware it’s a 950m walk.

We booked four rooms for two nights. Even though we paid in advance, we left after the first night because it was such an awful experience. The rooms were extremely cold, the heating didn't work and there were no extra blankets provided. We couldn't ask for assistance as there was no one at the desk from the time we checked in (at 4pm) until the time we left the next day (1pm). And although breakfast was included in the cost of the rooms, we couldn't find where it was served. (Apparently it was inside the hotel next door.) We have all traveled extensively for many years and agreed it was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

Muy buena la ubicación, pero muy ruidosa la zona, los colchones ya requieren un cambio

Room was great. Bathroom was nice. The location requires a large uphill climb if walking from the train station. The property is in the center of the city with all the great sites and restaurants near by. Would recommend staying here.

It was a perfect location very quaint hotel.
