NO hot water!

とても手頃な値段であり施設はそれなりですが、立地は最高で、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。近くの別建物でいただく朝食は期待していなかったのですが、薄めのキッシュのようなオムレツがあったりして満足でした。

エアコンが使えなかったが特に問題はなかった。

広場からすぐで。観光に便利なロケーション。部屋もよかった。ただ、チェックインは48時間前に連絡しておかないといけない。予約確認書には電話番号しか載っていない。しかし、時間をおいてかけても、その番号は使われていないような音声が流れるばかりだった。いろいろさがして、何度も電話をかけ、ネットで番号を探してやっと連絡がついた。他はよかったがたいへん手間取った。

プライベートとはいえ、バスルームが部屋の外なのは驚いた。 でも清潔で快適だった。 スタッフもとても親切。

夜間の騒音はひどかったが、観光地に近く便利だった。

シエナな旧市街の中心部にありカンポ広場には徒歩１分、シエナ大聖堂までも徒歩5分と立地的には申し分ないホテルです。 ただ、私が宿泊した部屋はシャワー・トイレ付きとなっていたのに、シャワールームが廊下を隔てた向かいにあり、いったん自分の部屋を出てシャワー・トイレに行かなければならなかった。 それに匂いが酷くて、シャワーを浴びる気にもならなかった。 但し、私の部屋だけで他の部屋は分かりません。

カンポ広場にも、ほど近いシエナの街中心部にあり（中世に迷い込んだような街並み）、とても便利なロケーションでした。とても静かで居心地の良いホテルです。部屋は天井が高く、ロマンティックな天蓋付きのベッドでした。料金もリーズナブルでコストパフォーマンスの非常に高い、最高のホテルでした。また利用したいホテルです。ちなみに、シエナ駅から街中心部までは、タクシーで１０分程です。

スタッフ（オーナー）がゲストのニーズを良く理解しているので助かりました。値段と立地を考えればお得かと思います。駐車のサービスも的確で、ホテル近くに停められはしませんが、別途料金で駐車、呼び寄せも手配してくれました。

I would say location is the only good thing about the hotel. The room was very dirty (including the floor which made my socks black) but the worst was this lady which I think was the owner. I went in for breakfast and she started to almost interrogate me because she thought I hadn’t paid for it (which I did). It was a very awkward situation

Great service , but no water bottles in the rooms. I traveled a lot and everything around was closed so water would have been nice.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is only steps away from the Campo and Duomo and its million restaurants. As to the hotel itself, much is lacking. The “towels” are more like restaurant napkins and tablecloths or tea towels. I was tempted to toss the “towel” on the floor and use the bath mat instead. At least that one was terry cloth. Also, there were no glasses, and no coffee or tea in the room. I have never been in any hotel, no matter how humble, that did not provide glasses (glass or plastic), and 95% provide something for tea and coffee. There is zero counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. On the way out in the morning, we were locked in an interior hallway behind (ironically) a fire door that would not open. I had to call the front desk so someone could come and open that door. Bottom line: if location is all you are looking for, this hotel may suit you, but I feel it should make a few simple adjustments before I would recommend it.

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. Typical small European rooms, but the location was perfect. Near everything!!!

Ideal location for a 1night stay in Siena

This hotel's location is amazing. It is essentially carved our ot very old buildings that date back to the glory days of Siena. It is only steps from the town center. The room was fine, Internet was sketchy. Staff hours were limited. But it all worked our and we had a great time.
