Property its self was good. House keeping and breakfast attendant had good customer service. The girl at the front desk could do better. Checked in and booked 3 rooms through expedia and I did not know they would be undr different reservation s do to one booking. But they were and she was very rude. Also the 2nd day everyones keys in our party stopped working and we had to go to the front desk for rest.

Overall a great stay. Quiet and the staff are great!

Super friendly staff, I felt really comfortable and not like just another out of towner.

Good realiable Best Western, easy to find off the freeway and checkin staff was friendly and helpful.

Great price, friendly staff, clean rooms. Down side: close to noisy freeway, lights didn’t work in bathroom on last day, fridge froze everything.

Everything was excellent! It was a pleasure to stay here.

The sheer curtains in the room were ripped on both sides, there were dark stains on the carpet, the dresser that the TV was on top of looked like it came from a used furniture store it was so scratched up. The bathroom is really small. Room 123. Also it would be nice if they put a tv guide in the room so you don’t have to scroll through the channels to see what is on.

The front desk person was really nice & did a great job.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast available with mini omelettes on Sunday. Easy access to freeway and downtown area.

Our toilet ran ever 2 minutes the whole time. So we didn’t get any sleep.

The person at the front desk was one of the friendliest and helpful I have encountered in 35 years of hotel travel. Even though she was working a double shift, she was amazing.

My only complaint was that the door to my room, 130, was sticky on the bottom and that I needed to lift the door when opening and closing it to avoid making a lot of noise.

Good location near freeway, but quiet. Good restaurants within short drive

The hotel is probably the best in the area. The staff was the best ever! If we have the need in the future, we will most likely stay there again. The down side - Bathroom way too small! :-(

Our room was wonderful and we could see are car from the room which is important when you have a classic car. Location really was hard to find because we don't know the area but thank goodness for GPS on my phone.

Our experience was nothing but nice. We made reservation on January 2, 2017 at 5:00 PM for January 3, 2017. Watching the evening news we realized that a huge snowstorm is in our path en route to Salt Lake City. I immediately called the hotel at 9:00 PM to cancel our reservation for the 3rd. The clerk on duty was not able to help me and informed me to call back in the morning when the manager is on duty. I did call the first thing in the morning to cancel my reservation. I was aware of a 24 hour cancellation policy. She was anything but helpful and would not budge from the policy not even in the event of the huge snowstorm. I ask if they would refund 50% since we need a hotel for the next day. Needless to say, we did not stay there the next day when the storm had passed and we were able to travel. Better safe and dead.

Although a good location room was not clean! Trash from previous guest still in trash bin, carpet dirty, toilet not fixed tightly to floor. When they "cleaned" room they only appeared to make bed. No towels were replenished, trash wasn't emptied and bed coverlet left in pile on floor. Not enough food - Many guests were coming in for breakfast but they ran out of food way too early. They had no milk for cereal, a guest had to go to store to purchase more for their children, employees were not going to do anything.
