ホテルは最高です。周辺の店が開いているのが少ない。

箱根駅伝の応援で泊まらせていただきました。 小田原から1時間ほどバスに乗り、大芝で降りて少し下ると、左手すぐに宿の灯りが見えました。 どのお部屋も埋まっているようでしたが、音漏れもなく、友人と快適に過ごしました。暖房設備、テレビ、バスタオルなど十分でした。 宿のそばに自販機、500メートルほど山を下るとLAWSONがあり、人や車通りもあって温かい街並みでした。学生に優しい値段で、女性でも安心して泊まれる宿です。ありがとうございました。(^^)

Moto-Hakone guest house is a great place to stay! Super close to the Hakone free pass attractions and in a beautiful area in general. The host is amazing! So kind and attentive. Rooms were large as well and very clean. Great place!

We stayed 2 nights at Moto-Hakone Guest House and absolutely loved it! The location near Lake Ashi and Hakone Shrine is perfect. The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. It felt like a cozy home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hakone!

Host was extremely hospitable, thoughtful, and friendly. We came around 10 at night after getting lost due to some map reading error and he was helpful in getting our luggage upstairs. Very friendly guy with good sense of humour. Comfortable, clean, and warm abode. We plan on staying here next time we come, god willing.

Great value! No frills but very clean, quiet, and cool. Staff were incredibly friendly even with limited English. Would highly recommend!

Close to bus stop. Short cut to lake not so good. Need more options.
