Our unit had recently bern refreshed, a quality was achieved. The issue we had was there was not enough light in the living area. It was too dark to read and i would not have been confident about cooking with the lack of light. The new light shade thst was was very nice but not practical, there is definitely a need fir further lights. On the other hand the bedroom was over lite and over white.

Fantastic premises, posh bathroom and wonderful room. Staff were very helpful and our stay was a delight.

Spotlessly clean. Simple and uncluttered But no bedside lighting. A switch beside the bed lit a light on the opposite wall -strange.

The starf were awesome couldn't have been more helpful or friendly

Great stay, very clean and quiet. Would certainly stay again. Only next time would check there was milk in the fridge before the morning coffee.

Booked and paid for a family room 6 months prior to arrival, on arrival the room had been rented to long term tenants and only room available was inferior room with substandard beds how do you rent out a room that is already booked and paid for!!! also staff didn't speak very good English seems be a trend across NZ with Asian staff with poor English language skills particualy on the North Island...

Bien qu'en bordure de route, la plupart des chambres sont calmes (préférez celles du fond). L'accueil est très agréable et tout le monde est très serviable. La chambre est spacieuse, avec coin cuisine sans plaque chauffante, salle de bain, wc; Possibilité de laver et sécher le linge (payant). L'emplacement est pratique, possibilité de garer sa voiture au centre commercial proche gratuitement pour prendre le train allant en ville en 20mn max.

Like: Location and availability on a short notice. Dislike: No option to have one light on in bathroom or not? Overall will stay here again

It was ok. Not good not bad just ok. The room appeared clean. But could have done with a more thorough going through

Close to the motorway, easy to find. Pump soap and shampoo in the shower. Friendly man at Reception.

The accommodation was very clean . Excellent choice of tv channels.

Owners very friendly and helpful. Heater was not working, owner brought a different one and an extra blanket for us since it was a cold night.

Close to transport. Short drive to Sylvia Park and motorway.
