We had a lovely stay at Beltana Villas. The property is very well maintained, 2 bedroom villa was extremely clean, very spacious and had all the amenities needed.

John and Trish really care about this beautiful place. The villas are well maintained and clean, not to mention spacious. The property is so peaceful and picturesque. Nicely removed from the commercial but still close enough to enjoy what the hunter has to offer. Only wish we knew about this place sooner

Good location and quiet.

The check-in was painless. John was very flexible with the time as we arrived late. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

We had a relaxing couple of days at the villas. The pool was fabulous, the villa comfortable and the view amazing.

Beltana Villas is the most beautiful place to stay. So serene with gorgeous views and away from everything. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed and John is a good host as he respects your privacy.

Beautiful scenery, tranquil, accommodating hosts. So relaxing and has everything you need.

Beautifully situated with tranquil views. Easy to find and not far from the hub of the Hunter. The pool and spa was a nice way to relax. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfy. We will definitely be back.

The villas are amazing in size, clean, comfortable like a home away from home. Great pool for chilling at after a day of wine tasting and touring. Location felt central to getting to where you needed to within the wine region and nothing was more than 15mins away driving. Trish and John, the owners were contactable and communitive and the villa had all info required. Good value, so will be booking at Beltana Villas when I am in the wine region next.

Perfect place to relax and watch the wallabies

What a beautiful property! Our two bedroom cabin 5 was huge, so comfortable, long verandah with outdoor dining table and bbq, the view was amazing, fireplace inside which unfortunately we didn’t use as it wasn’t cold enough, two huge bedrooms both with full private bathrooms (one with bath), gorgeous gardens, and the pool/spa was amazing! The only negative was that there must have been too much chlorine in the spa as after a few hours of sitting in it my black swimmers turned brown, and then beige. Luckily they were not brand new so I wasn’t too bothered by it, but just a warning to others. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the Hunter.

The property and surrounding is beautiful and quiet. The facilities are also pretty good. Owner provided pretty much everything. Only issue is the inside kitchen is a bit too small and not much space near the sink basin. But overall it is very good property and will be happy to recommend to families and friends.

Lovely outlook. Quiet and tranquil. Well presented and stocked with quality items and two towels each. The fire was a plus. Wi Fi great. A larger TV would have been good. Looking forward to going back.

My daughter really had a good time in the warm SPA. Very nice view of vineyard.
