テレビが映りません。修理依頼はしましたが、技術者がまだ来ていません。

スイートルームに出張しました。部屋は広くて清潔で、ベッドは快適です。大きなソファが私のお気に入りで、レポートを書きながらソファに横になるのに十分な大きさです。

The room smells of cigarette smoke. Bathroom without shower glass. Pressure sink water pressure is poor. Armchair is upholstery is horrible. Pillow is totally flat. Chair is shaky to sit on. No fridge. Totally unacceptable: Multi storey carpark lights are off, totally impossible to drive in/out after 10pm. Lots of loud banging noise every night from above. Only 1 access card provided.

Cleanliness is poor. Receptionist takes long time to check in.

Room was basic & clean! Bed was comfortable. Getting food delivery nearby was quick and easy! As a couple visiting family in Batu Pahat, this was a good stay.

The room is clean, massive, comfortable and the price is affordable. This hotel is strategic at BP town and we can see a beautiful view at night. Wifi speed is fast and food is delicious. I would recommend this hotel to stay.

Room is very big about 25 meter square, clean and aircon very cold. The breakfast is very nice. Many choices, nasi lemak with rendang chicken, fried mee, omelette, toasted bread. Porridge, salad and fruits. Same group as Summit USJ. Highly recommended.

You get what you paid. Rooms are clean and decent. Breakfast is satisfying despite the limited variation. But with the amount you paid, this is consider good enough. Mall attached to the hotel is really old and scary? Not many shops available probably after mco.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It was beyond expectation if you compare with the price. The food was soo delicious and variety. Nasi lemak is a must try! The environment, the hospitality of the staff.

Staff Norazlina and Izwan so friendly. Had a good time resting here whenever I'M in Batu Pahat. Room is nice and newly renovated. Just the air conditioner is old and warm, May need to change to new air conditioner. Other than that, worth the money paid.

Hotel yang dekat dengan kedai makan dan kedai runcit. Makanan juga ok. sesuai dengan harga yang dibayar. parking juga banyak.

Clean room.. Nice view.. But television programs just tv1, tv2 and tv3 only.. So sad.. Hope hotel can provide more television channel to make more cheers

Room was basic, apparently not all rooms are having amenities such as fridge. Breakfast was just for the sake of adding extra service to the room.
