Nice hotel in Baoshan area. The service staff on level 12 was friendly n attentive. The free washing machines can only be used via a China phone number, which as an overseas traveler, I can’t do self service laundry during the stay

Second time at this hotel and I will be booking again in the future. Staff are excellent and some speak English. They are all very helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. Lovely decor, grandure and very ornate. Proximity to the cruise ship port also makes it an excellent choice.

Rooms are big and clean, staff os friendly. But hotel is very old, need to be renovated, the restaurant is a canteen, the air conditioner is noisy, no TV channels in english or other language besides chinese, the water runs out of the shower.

Beautiful hotel that feels authentic Chinese. Great lobby design with lots of marble that feels modern with a historic element. Spacious room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, automatic shades. Not all of the front desk staff are fluent in English so just be patient with that.

Attractive lobby area and good size rooms. Hotel is away from the tourist area

Happy overall, breakfast is pricey though, and the room is warm, couldn’t change temperature I would definitely stay again Service and cleanliness excellent

Arrived late front desk can’t find booking. Clerk should be at home sneezing etc all over . Now been here for 35min it’s late and I’ve work in am

Checked in very late at about 1 AM and checked out around noon so not able to fully experience the property and its accommodations. Overall impression is this is a beautiful new hotel in excellent location close to cruise terminal. Concierge told us hotel opened earlier this year; he was very helpful in getting us a cab and a driver who knew exactly where to drop us off at the terminal. Only less than satisfactory was the desk clerk who checked us out. Her attitude was dismissive; I had to ask her several times for my receipt... could us customer service training.

Wow this hotel is amazing!!!! One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in!
