ロケーションはいいです。ただ深夜や早朝は施設内外の音が気になります。レストランももっとメニューがあるといいですね。

ポートランド周辺の旅行最終日に宿泊しました。 とても広い部屋で快適です。 空港までの無料シャトルバスはとても有難かったです。 徒歩圏内に大型スーパーのTargetがあり、バラマキの土産を購入。同じく徒歩圏内に何店舗かレストランがあり、夕食・朝食をとりました。 英語がうまく喋れなくてもスタッフはとても親切に対応していただきました。 空港利用者が多いため夜中でもバタバタと物音が聞こえましたが、他のメリットを考えると問題に感じませんでした。ポートランド再訪することがあればまた利用したいです。

Great hotel in a really great location! The hotel is surrounded by so many great restaurants and shopping options, however the hotel is very quiet which is great. The area is also safe and walkable, and the rail service is available just a block away. I will definitely be staying again on my next trip!

Loved the hotel! Great for families. The restaurant had a great brunch and dinner menu. The lobby bar was beautiful but the main bartender was SO RUDE. He looked miserable and would just walk away in the middle of your order. I was stunned with his behavior. Other guests were also complaining about his service.

Good position in the city

Great location for exploring downtown. Hotel was clean and comfortable. They did have onsite parking but it was very tight for large vehicle. Probably no worse than any other downtown location.

Great room and fantastic brunch!

Front desk staff was great and very friendly. The bar staff member was extremely slow and the bartender was not welcoming and seemed to have no urgency. We ended up leaving because it took so long.

Elevators need checked or something

I loved the pillows. The staff was excellent and the food was good. The coffee maker in the room was funky and a bit difficult.
