幹線道路から少し入った住宅地に立地しておりますので、とても静かで、快適に過ごせました。

I highly recommend staying here over a standard hotel room. The owners do not speak English (which is perfectly fine, but I know some people are shocked when Japanese locals only speak Japanese lol). What I loved most is how convenient the location is. There is a vending machine on one end of the street, and a bus stop on the other. Additionally, the property itself is very pretty and well-maintained. It also includes a washer/dryer which is VERY useful! The only potential downside is that the access to the bedroom is a steep wooden ladder/staircase. This was perfectly fine for two travelers in our mid-twenties, but would probably be an issue if you are disabled, elderly, or if you have young kids. Otherwise, this property is perfect for small groups of friends, young couples, and families with kids older than toddler age. I can’t recommend it enough!!

The house was amazing, great amenities including bath, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioners on both floors. The hosts were really nice people. The place was right by a train station. An amazing Jamaican fusion ramen place right around the corner. No complaints whatsoever. The stay was perfect, would totally stay here again if I’m visiting Kyoto.
