Fantastisk personale og service. Vi oplevede kun positive ting med personalet, som i øvrigt var super hjælpsomme med alt og hele tiden var observante på os. Vi fik blandt andet frisk udskåret frugt, vasket tøj(gratis), en flaske vin på valentinsdagen, arrangeret Van til lufthavn, fik forklaret og vist nogle gode steder at handle og tage hen osv. Ift. værelse og faciliteter, så var det også ligesom på billederne med alle nødvendigheder, flot udsigt udover byen og vandet - virkelig lækkert. - vi boede i en 3 værelses villa i 2 etager. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale dette sted til andre og også selv bo her igen 👍

Our stay in Kata was made even more special from the wonderful staff. The Hotel is just far enough away but close enough to the action of Kata. Will be staying here again. Especially if Lita is still looking after your stay.

This was a last minute trip we changed plans halfway through our trip and decided to go to Phuket for a week so I searched for villas and this came up.

The most amazing service, I’ve never been met with such hospitality. Hosts were extremely responsive, rooms included daily house keeping with your personal laundry done free of charge. We even had fruits left in the fridge for us. Property was beautiful and we loved the pool. Some minor issues with larger vehicles making it up the hill but either rent a scooter or have the host help you book a tuk tuk! They can get it for cheaper than on the grab app. Overall amazing stay!

Excellent location on top of hill with a beautiful view of sea. Excellent property with a lovely pool for the family. Excellent and friendly staff. Easy to communicate with staff and they are very helpful.

Very nice property and hospitality from the Management team was fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure our stay would be perfect in every way. However, the property is on the top of a very steep hill and you either have to drive or take a taxi every time you want to get back.

Very nice host, everything is clean and new. Very satisfied with the services (i.e. free laundry service and housing keeping everyday). Highly recommended.

Great hospitality from the owner. However, the location is a little inconvenience.

The best owner ever. She is so friendly and helpful. She even text me during my trip and advise where else can we go. Super. Recommend to rent a bike or car to stay there.

Very nice place, nice & beautiful manager, excellent services!

Had a terrible experience at this property, with what I would only describe as “highway robbery”. Totally unaware that electricity and water cost were NOT included as part of the package and have to pay on checkout. This is not mentioned upfront upon booking and you are required to sign a contract on checkin (not like you have a choice given is no refund). We stayed 6 nights and the electricity bill came out to be US$400. Mind you we were out on average 8 hours a day during our stay. So clearly a scam. Lesson learnt. Cleaning staff were very nice but the owner is clearly here to make a buck, which is ok but I do have a problem with robbery. Called the cops but they couldn’t resolve the problem but they were clearly sympathetic and they know the bill would be for a whole year in Phuket, not 6 nights. The owner will prob respond by saying we signed the contract - which she’s correct. So again it was my fault for getting scammed. I never write reviews in general because frankly don’t have time but this one clearly warrants one. Advice to you guys considering booking: go elsewhere, don’t waste your time, money and headache on dishonest people
