日本人はやはり湯船に浸かりたい。 バスタブが有るのは魅力。 スタッフさんが機転を聞かせ、荷物預けにするのではなく、16時では無く、その前からチェックインさせてくれたのも良い。 少し部屋が寒かった位かなぁ。 3/31宿泊。

朝食が豪華でした。クラッシックなホテルでとても落ち着きます。ホテルの周りにはハイキングコースが沢山あり楽しめます。

老舗のホテルに相応しく、スタッフの対応も良く、ホスピタリティのある素敵なホテルでした。 食事も美味しかったです。

スタッフは親切ですがスピーディではありません。

フロム駅前すぐなのでスーツケースを持っての移動でも苦労しなかった。

フロム鉄道やフィヨルドクルーズの桟橋に近く、フィヨルド観光の拠点としてとても便利。夕食、朝食ともにビュッフェを利用したが、内容が充実していて美味しかった。スタッフの対応も良く、とても良いホテルだった。

夕食を楽しみにしていたけれど、何の連絡もなく(？)コースディナーが廃止され、ブュッフェ形式になっていた。夕食の楽しみが半減した。

バスローブとテイッシュをアメニティとして準備してほしい

フロムで一番目立ち、便利な立地です。 建物の半分が旧館、半分が新館という作りです。 新館のほうが窓が大きく、旧館の方が外観はクラシカル。 周りにお土産屋はたくさんありますが、レストランは少なく夕飯は ホテルで取りました。アラカルトとバッフェの選択でした。 バッフェの種類が豊富でしたのでバッフェにしました。 時間とともに結構な混雑、到着時に予約しておいて良かったかな。

There's no mini bar and unsafficient amenities. But others were perfect

バスタブが壁に密着していないタイプのため、シャワーで水浸しになってしまった。アンティーク調で雰囲気があって素敵だが実用性がイマイチ

Well located, spacious public areas

Charming hotel with good views. Short level walk to everything in the port of Flåm. Comfortable bed. Full breakfast buffet. Blackout curtains to block late hour sunlight.

While this hotel is in the most amazing location and the staff very helpful, my “superior” room was certainly not that. The room did have a good view but was very compact and basic. I hit my head twice on the ceiling due to the design of the room and I was woken both mornings by a very loud lady on the phone at 6am in the next room. Due to the thin walls I could hear everything she was saying. I must say I was expecting more. No welcome gift or room upgrade here. Having said that the breakfast buffet that was included was very good.
