一泊の予定でしたが、娘が発熱で移動が難しいためもう一泊しようとして、ネットで調べたら満室。フロントで調べても満室。翌朝もう一度事情を伝えてもう一泊できないかお願いしたらどうにか調整してくれて延泊させてもらえました。本当に助かりました。 食事(朝食、夕食)は今いちですが、お部屋(スーペリアスイート)は広くて快適だし、眺めも最高です。 パムッカレまではミニバスかタクシーを利用しなければなりません。旅の疲れを取るのに温泉につかってゆっくり過ごしたい方にオススメです。

比較的新しいホテルです、少し外れた場所に位置しており、運よく西側の部屋を取れればとてもいい眺めが見れます。温泉も良く温度も最適です。サウナはなぜか電源が切られていました。 もう少し清潔感があるとなおいいと思います。 サービス、朝食について。 概して快いサービスが提供されており値段の割にいいホテルです。 スタッフの大半は英語は通じず、若いスタッフを中心に少しトレーニングが必要かと思われます。 ただ、お茶をサービスしてくれたりとても親切なサービスをしてくれました。 残念ながら部屋に置き忘れた結婚指輪は、保管しておいた場所を正確に伝えても戻ってきませんでした、、(自業自得ですが、、)

The thermal pools were fun. It made our stay. It is a large hotel and there is not much around. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. It was very busy and not relaxing

Dışardaki sıcak termalin üst tarafı küçük bir alan ,en fazla 6-7 kişi aynı anda bulunabilir. Alt taraf zaten pek kullanımlık değil sadece dekor amaçlı. İçerideki SPA bölümü yeterliydi ve kullanışlıydı.Dışardaki büyük havuz mevsimden dolayı kullanamadık ama yaz döneminde güzel olabilir. Maalesef bulunduğumuz dönemde konaklayan misafir sayısı azdı ve personelde buna orantılı olarak oldukça yetersiz sayıda idi.Oda servisleri ,dış alandaki temizlik ve bakım eksikti. Giriş ve çıkışta valizlerinize yardım edebilecek kimse yoktu. Girişte odamızın yerini sadece tarif ettilerki burası 5 yıldızlı otel standartında olması lazımken. Odalardaki çift kişilik yataklar bugüne kadar gördüğümüz en dar ve standartın en altında olan genişlikte yataklardı ve rahat edemedik. Aslında 1.gün sonunda ayrılmayı düşündük ama ücreti girmeden peşin ödemiştik. Akşam yemeği bankoları uygundu ve çeşitlilik yeterli idi . Sonuç olarak memnun kalmadık ve zaruri olarak 3 günü tamamladık.

This hotel is really beautiful. The spa facilities are basic but well priced for what you receive, all very clean and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was fab, therr was so many options to choose from for both dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was really good. We only stayed for one day and night but we had a really lovely time and would happily return .

Dışarıdaki termal havuz çok iyiydi, odalar geniş ve ferahti, temizdi, yataklar biraz rahat değildi sadece. Yemekler iyiydi.

Great facilities, loved the thermal pools. Spa was excellent. Rooms were okay.

Big room although outdated furnitures. The spa facilities were great. But not outstanding. Breakfast was ok.

Termal havuzu kullandık. Oldukça keyifliydi.

Outdoor thermal pool is good. 5-10 drive to Pamukkale. Room dated . No light for the desk in the suite I stayed in. Dinner is buffet only 750 t like $20 but food is poor quality. Free breakfast but I would give food 2-3 stars only. Lots of tour groups so be warned.

Absolutely lovely 5* hotel that lived to its rating unlike some other hotels in Turkiye. The pools both normal and thermal were great, the restaurant plentiful and tasty. They have a very good masseuse from Thailand, worth every penny and more. The room is spacious and nice appointed, has a balcony and stunning views over the countryside. Bathroom was spacious too. Very close to Pamukkale. The only negative we would pick up is the size of the bed, it's a small double and the room is large enough to accommodate a proper king size bed one would expect in a 5* establishment. Aside of that, everything else was perfect and well worth the price.

Breakfast, dinner, thermal pools are all included in the price which I find to be great value for what I paid for! I highly recommend staying at Hierathermal Hotel if you’re coming to Pammukale.

unfortunately the food is expensive and horrible ! My worst meal in turkey ...it should be a crime to waste good ingredients like that

The hotel rooms are clean. For dining, we had to walk over a mile to get to the village's center.

Very nice hotel close to Hyerapolis and Pamukkale downtown. We just stopped one night but I've seen very nice thermae and pools. Only four stars for the staff because, in five people we tried to talk to, only one spoke a decent English.
