Very gorgeous hotel located in the penthouse of a building. The views are breathtaking from wherever you are at. The staff was very friendly and helpful however the guy on reception was a little tough and his vibe was not friendly. Love the breakfast area and the breakfast in general, the coffee could be more dark roast for my taste and a little hotter. The rooms were very clean and excellent views to the city. The pool are very nice and Cousy definitely not for families was more for couples and because is too small the guy in charge on the pool was always supervising and watching hard like we were doing something wrong making us feel a little bother. He kept asking if we were registered in the hotel or we were paying to use the pool… made us feel out of place… to the point we brought our passports out to prove we were staying in the hotel… very uncomfortable. Like the jacuzzi but I never tried the steam room. At the time of check out we got to the taxi and the guy said the reception never made us sign a paper from the begging and we have to wait in the taxi until the guy brought the paper down to sign. Anyway the stay was great I’ll book in the future again.

This place is seriously awesome! The weather was just perfect, so comfortable to be outside. Plus, it's super convenient being so close to all the shopping centers. I had such a great time exploring the area and getting some retail therapy in. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a good spot!

Bueno buena ubicación zonas húmedas buenas, solo el tema del café en habitación tiene cobro, que hasta ahora un hotel d esta categoría lo cobra. Falta en turco llamado de emergencia.

Buenas instalaciones fácil estacionar. El parqueadero es el mismo del mall. Buen menú en el desayuno bufet y buen servicio del roomservice

This was our 3rd stay here. We have never been disappointed! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and terrace lounge are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say. We'll stay here again next time too
