We booked this in July to join 4 other friends . We were meet by the owner and taken to a shabby , dirty hotel as clearly been overbooked for whatever reason. Tbh there were 3 different versions given ( blamed Expedia) and none added up. Told we were lucky to be staying here as he had to pay more, then he left. A room over noisy main rd, mould in shower, peeling plaster. He gave us a glass of wine. Told it was free. No apology. To be add insult to injury had to go to property we booked to eat breakfast but had to wait outside to be admitted. Disgusting treatment. If you make a mistake be honest , inform us and let us choose to cancel. If not upgrade and actually pay more. Be very wary as the owners clearly did not care about us and our stay in pompeii was ruined.

Ett trevligt boende nära Pompeji utgrävnings plats. Mycket välkomnad av personalen och han överlät sin privata parkering på gatan till mig, mycket vänligt. Ett litet minus var att toalettstolen i vårt badrum saknade toasits, lite primitivt kan tyckas och jag har aldrig varit med om det tidigare.

Excellent attentionfrom the owners.

Had an excellent stay. Located close to one of the entrances into the ruins. Luigi and staff were welcoming and very helpful (e.g. helping me find a place to park the car overnight). Gladly recommend.

Avevano la prenotazione, ma non le camere libere.In effetti il vostro era l'unico che dava disponibilità (strano). Siete poco professionali e lasciate i clienti in situazioni difficili. Ho dovuto cercare una nuova struttura per il soggiorno. Vista la problematica chiedo il rimborso di quanto pagato.
