立地は最高でしたが、駐車場の問い合わせをしても返信が無く不親切でした。

ザグレブ中心街にあり、観光名所へのアクセスが抜群に良かった。リフトが無く階段を利用しなければならなかったが、部屋はインテリアが洗練されていて設備も整っていて、快適だった。ただ、車が駐車可能ということでこのアパートメントを選んだが、チェックインの夜にマラソン大会があり、付近のエリアが通行止めになっていたため、利用できず、利用可能な駐車場を探し回らなければならなかったのは非常に残念だった。

Brilliant location, 5 mins walk from the centre. Nice area, street full of cafes and supermarket at the corner. Felt safe. Jelena gave us great and easy instructions on how to get into the apartment. Perfect communication. 10/10 🤗

Great location but a bit hard to find. We arrived somewhat late and the property was not well lit. Parking was fine once you locate it. Room was clean with great hot water. FYI there are several flights of stairs to go up. Would stay here again.

The Flat is nice inside, really beautiful! But when you go to bed.. The bed bugs in huge quantites start biting you. I had to run away in the morning to the expensive hotel nearby. It is not seldom you meed bed bugs in Europe. The host suggested to move to the other room to the sofa, but bed bugs were there too! Luckily received back the money for the unused night, but nothing else, no compensation for the sleepless night etc.

Ruhige Unterkunft in Top-Lage mit super Service. Das Bett war sehr angenehm, Seife und Shampoo waren vorhanden, könnten jedoch qualitativ etwas besser sein. Insgesamt ein sehr zentral gelegenes Apartment, in dem ich gerne wieder absteigen würde.

Dirty bed sheets, dirty shower head with minimal water pressure, wifi wasn’t working so we had to buy a data plan, and the AC wasn’t cold, but warm. Messaged the property & they refused compensation & said “sorry we will let the maid know”. Would not recommend at all.

Emplacement en plein centre-ville, dans une rue passante mais calme le nuit (pour un sommeil reposant) et entouré dans les rues adjacentes de restaurants, bars et terrasses. A moins 10min a pieds de la majorité des musées et attractions de la ville. Appartement tres confortable, avec la climatisation

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It was a little difficult to find from the street, but once found the instructions from the property manager helped us find our way inside. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was quite large and modern. Location is very good, right in town with plenty of nice restaurants right outside the property. We were disturbed by the cleaning lady who knocked 10min prior to our checkout time, wanting to start cleaning. We said we were still inside tidying our stuff up and she still knocked a further 2 times before we left at 10am.

Utleier var veldig på med å få greie på innsjekk og utsjekktider. Nøyaktig forklaring om plassering av nøkkelkort. Mange trapper opp i en heller ufyselig trappegang. Visne blomster og råttent treverk og veldig mørkt ved nøkkelboksen. Bodde i apartment 3. Møkkete laken hang over et bord i mellomgangen. God størrelse på leiligheten. Trappetrinn opp til badet og soverommet. Slitent gulv og det kunne trenge en generell oppussing. Sengetøy var fillete og inntrykket var dårlig. Sentral beliggenhet. Litt støy fra restaurant utenfor.

The apartment was in a lovely part of Zagreb and within easy walking distance to the train station. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, however, the air conditioning didn’t work very well.

I traveled solo and found the apartment met my needs. It was a bit noisy overnight (apartment overlooks a street with restaurants and mainly pedestrian traffic) so bring ear plugs if you prefer quieter surroundings. I was able to walk everywhere. It was easy to access from the public transportation. Owner sent excellent directions via WhatsApp. Check out is 10 am and they shared the name of a luggage storage facility which was close by. I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t comment on what was available for use. Bath Towels were provided. Apartment #2 is on the second floor and I didn’t see any elevator so it could be challenging for those who have accessibility needs. I enjoyed my stay.

Toiletries were not clean and not proper and water in the bathing was not regular . Parking is the most difficult part and was not aware that it is on 2nd floor and there is no escalator
