The biggest problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. I own a cleaning business, so I do throughly check. There was a full soda in the freezer, something on the outside and inside of the class shower door, and the outside of the microwave had food and sticky stuff on it. The bath mat wasn’t clean and using them is gross. Bioclean works great for shower doors.

The room was ok. There was a smoke smell upon opening the door. Enjoyed the location.

This was my 2nd time visiting PR and my second time staying at segovia and i wouldnt stay anywhere else. The accomodations, location and attentive owner makes it my home away from home. We got locked out at 1 point and was helped within minutes by the nieghbor and host, we were very grateful. Thank you again and till next time!

I would definitely stay at Segovia Studios again. It's a very quiet, clean, and safe place. Communication with the owners is excellent. Honestly, it's a 10/10.

The property location is great as it is a few mins from the san juan luis airport, however the parking is only good if u have a mini or compact suv that is lifted due to the curb thats by the entrance. when arriving the message to unlock door was well placed and felt safe, however once arriving to the room there was a leakage coming thru the ac. the room overall was clean but it wasnt the best stay. great for solo travelers though.

Clean and great communication with the owners

We had We experienced an amazing variance. The betting experience was very comfortable. We had left a wallet containing $2,000, and we confirmed that the wallet was safe and no money was missing. We are very grateful for this.

I loved this place I would stay here again, good neighborhood, air conditioning. what I really like the most was whenever I needed any information or assistance the host was available

Room was nice, there’s parking available, if requested. Area is okay and there are stores/ food spots a few minutes away, if you’re driving. The only con was the communication. I was locked out of the main door my first night there and tried entering the pin I was provided, but door wouldn’t unlock. I called the person in charge and she didn’t answer until 30+ minutes later, when she texted and said the door has a system in place for locking. She also proceeded to give me a new pin since the one she had initially provided wasn’t even correct. I was able to get inside because one of the other guests came outside. I also had asked for internet information, but never got a response back.

Studio was clean with all you need for a short stay. Property is located in a residential area very close to the airport what makes it ideal if you are traveling to San Juan.
