キレイなお部屋、掃除も行き届いていました。4泊しましたが、リネン類もちゃんと交換してくれていました。スタッフは常駐ではありませんが、朝と夜は居てくれるので不便はありませんでした。何人かのスタッフに会いましたが、皆親切で目が合うとニコニコしてくれる方々ばかりです。 部屋については、小さくても良いのでテーブルと椅子が欲しかったです。共有のカフェスペースを、自由に使うことはできますが、持ち帰って部屋でお茶するのに安定した台が無いのはちょっと不便。 朝ごはんは徒歩3分で出た通りに美味しいとこがあります。 が、夜は繁華街なので女性一人歩きはちょっと怖い感じもあり、さっさと帰って寝ました。

Excellent location

Great accommodation overall. Room service came every day. Fresh towels daily and everything was clean. The room is a bit smaller than the pictures suggest, and the bed feels a bit like an IKEA one, but it was still comfortable to sleep in. The window lets in plenty of natural light. The shared kitchen/common room has a fridge, cutlery, and basic equipment, but no sink, so you’ll need to wash your dishes in your bathroom sink after use. The common area had a slight smell, so I preferred eating in my room instead. Location: right in the heart of the old town! During the week, nights are quiet, but on Fridays and Saturdays, the nightlife in the area is lively, bright, and loud. Definitely bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Be aware that you need to climb a long flight of stairs to reach the rooms, so it’s not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The biggest plus: everything is within walking distance. Great public transport connections, plenty of restaurants, nightlife, culture, and beautiful architecture. You’re truly in the middle of it. The view depends on your room; I was lucky to have one overlooking the charming narrow streets.

Excellent value for money. The entrance staircase is challenging but very scenic. However, it really depends on the person... for us (44 years old guy with a 20kg luggage) it wasn’t a problem, honestly. The room was very good, with excellent beds and pillows, as well as soundproofing (if the windows weren’t soundproofed, it would be hard to sleep... so that’s a positive!). The only drawback was the bathroom, with a very inconvenient sink. Overall, an excellent place to stay for breathing the vibes of Bilbao old town.

Nice clean property with amazing cleaners. Only issue is the check-in policy is a nightmare (we were waiting about ages and I had to walk to the head office because they didn't send me the code). I wasn't a fan of checkout being so early but other than that it done the job.

Sköna sängar. Bra AC. Tyst i rummet trots väldigt centralt läge. Vi visste att det inte fanns hiss men en lång härlig trappa. 4 personer, 1 dubbel och 2 singelsängar. Mycket sköna sängar för att vara i spanien. Mycket centralt läge men gågata utanför dörren.

I was under the impression that this was a hotel but it's not. No reception desk. The information on how to access the front door and room door are sent via email the day of arrival, around noon. If the guest does not have cell service outside of the USA, that's impossible to receive the information to get in your room. That was my case. A huge inconvenience that is not informed when I reserved the place. I find that it's a must to have this disclosure in order for your guests to make a well informed decision.

WE stayed at the property for one night before returning home. We found the signing in process unique but efficient. The enjoyed staying here.

Sejour agréable. Il faut penser a isolé la fenêtre du bruit, car étanchéité c'est enlever. Lieu tres bien situé pour visiter la ville et les environs.

Located in the Casco Viejo area on a busy bar street. The hotel is reached via some steep stairs, so maybe not the best for anybody with mobility issues. The rooms are comfortable, simple but modern design, and very clean. Also, very good value for money.

The room is in a converted apartment. The floors are beyond wonky, the rooms are on the second floor with a steep staircase from hell. Due to the nature of the conversion, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything. The hallway has no fresh air supply and stinks stale. Positives: clean room, fresh and modern interior.

Good customers service, access to a kitchen giving a choice to make your own meals.

El ingreso fue muy complicado. Llegar a la habitación no fue fácil porque la escalera es prácticamente de dos pisos. El espacio para la cama matrimonial y las dos camas adicionales es muy reducido. El baño es más que pequeño. Las fotos son engañosas. La zona es inaccesible en auto, sucia y ruidosa

Clean room and helpful staff

Bad og toilet var på gangen hvilket der ikke var oplyst nogle steder, at det ville være. Meget larm og man kunne høre alt fra de andre værelser. Skuffende og absolut ikke pengene værd. Alt for dyrt i forhold til standarden.
