場所はそこそこ便利。部屋のクオリティも及第点。 ただし、受付を含めまったく宿側の人間がいないのが困った。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたいと電話すると、近くに預かり業者がいるのでそこへ行けとのこと。結局数千円の追加コストとなり、それならちゃんとしたホテルに泊まるよ。。と思った。

Positiv ist das sehr freundliche Reinigungspersonal und die gute zentrale Lage der Unterkunft hervorzuheben. Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist zum Teil fast schon schäbig: ein Fenster ging gar nicht zu, die automatische Fenstergardine ist beim Betätigen des Schalters komplett runtergekracht, die Couch wirkt absolut abgenutzt. Der Fernseher ist so unpraktisch an der Wand angebracht, dass der weder Richtung Bett noch Richtung Couch gerichtet ist. Insgesamt hat mich die Unterkunft enttäuscht.

Great location!

The room was very clean, good size, nice shower and we loved the area! One of the nights got a bit loud with people out at all hours, but we had kind of expected that with the area. Would definitely return and stay here again!

A few blocks from the metro station and the central square of Chaido. Very secure access to the building and y9u could not hear street noise when the windows were closed. Noise could be heard from the hallway.

No staff on-site, all comms are through WhatsApp and through their app. Nothing bad, except nobody to talk to if you have issues. If you are international, calling can be a problem. The rooms are cleaned daily, all good. Quiet and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional and there was a laundry machine in our room. Might not match pictures shown by Expedia. There is a storage company outside though I didn’t use it. There is storage by the stairs inside but didn’t find the sign when I got there. I was given a code to open the main door and my room, it says I can go at 12 even though the check in is at 3 pm, however my code didn’t work. This hotel is close to the Louis Camoes park, less than 3 mins uphill. Well all are uphill in Lisbon! You can take tram 28 there. Biaxa-Chiado station is 5 mins near Luis Camoes.

Muy bueno el alojamiento, la llegada fue complicada porque no tenia señal para me pasaran via whatt la informacion de poder entrar al depa. Los busque por 3 whattsapps que tenia y no tuve respuesta hasta que pudimos rastrear mi correo y entrar a la habitacion, sugiero siempre traer el correo dado de alta en el celular mas cuando uno viaja solo con holafly y no tiene llamadas de telefono. El lugar muy bien, limpieza, ubicacion, amenidades. El internet no pude accesar a el con mi computadora en ningun momento

Excelente custo benefício! Limpeza impecável e cama super confortável! Ótima localização também. Ponto de melhoria é trocar as cortinas e ser possível ligar via WhatsApp para suporte quando necessário, dado que todo o processo de checkin é sem humano.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location. Good heating unit and bright with windows.

La limpieza … el elevador que no servía y la comunicación ya q al llegar no teníamos como entrar …. Si no es x una persona que salió del edificio … mandamos un mensage y nunca nos contestaron …. Tambien la primera noche pasamos mucho frío ya q no teníamos el control para prender el calenton

Habitacion linda e impecable

I liked everything but the check in. It was by flat screen and complicated. I much prefer a front desk and a person.

The location is great and rooms clean.

There was mold in our apartment. Bathroom drain was blocket. Apartment was quite near of the best places. It was easy to get bolt taxi.

Like- Only location is good Dislike- Wifi did not work properly , we had to make multiple complaints. Checkout- This was terrible, the lady rang the room at 10:00 am even though checkout was 12. She came second time at 11:50 again which was not nice We had to wait for cab but there is no seating area for reception. Noise- If there is someone talking in corridor, you will hear it in your room Light- The shades are not enough for darkening the room
