場所はそこそこ便利。部屋のクオリティも及第点。 ただし、受付を含めまったく宿側の人間がいないのが困った。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたいと電話すると、近くに預かり業者がいるのでそこへ行けとのこと。結局数千円の追加コストとなり、それならちゃんとしたホテルに泊まるよ。。と思った。

Amazing stay and location. Very modern and comfortable place. Only thing is that the codes to enter the building and the room are really long. They sent a message saying I could enter with just a tap using the app but that wasn’t the case.

Great location, clean property and rooms. You can be completely self-sufficient and have the benefit of housekeeping.

Nice and fresh apartment in a great location, just a 5-7 minute walk to the center of Lisbon. However, we didn't receive any information regarding where or how to park. The apartment is on a street where driving is normally restricted, so it would be great to provide more info for guests arriving by car

Não há recepção. Enviei mensagens ao anfitrião através do Hotéis.com mas não tive resposta. Para acessar o hotel eu precisava ter recebido um link e não recebi. Cheguei ao hotel e não havia ninguém para receber ou ajudar. Tive que ligar em uma central para que conseguissem me enviar o link. Quarto duplex bem espaçoso, ar condicionado, boá localização

Check in was smooth, it's just communication took a while via WhatsApp as there is no actual physical person behind a desk for reception. One day our cleaner took our towels and didn't restock it and my family and I needed to shower, we showered with no towels and ended up using clean clothes to dry ourselves ... I tried messaging for help that late afternoon but no one got back to me until the following morning at 11am. Other than still a good stay

Boendet lovar service 24/7 men då vi försökte få tag i dem, eftersom vi hade frågor då det exempelvis stod olika tider för utcheckning, fick vi inget svar trots upprepade försök. Försökte ringa deras påstådda akutnummer flertalet gånger och vid olika tider utan svar och ingen som ringde upp heller. Påstods även att det skulle finnas en telefon i entrén som man skulle kunna ringa gratis från, men tro det eller ej - inte heller denna tjänst fanns. Vidare var en av anledningarna till att vi bokade just detta hotell att de skrev att de fanns bagageförvaring som ingick (vi valde bort ett annat alternativ just för att det skulle kosta med bagageförvaring där). När vi skulle checka ut framkommer dock att det endast finns två(!) bagageluckor för hela huset och som då var upptagna när vi skulle använda dem. Därtill var de inte alls gratis såsom påståtts vid bokning, utan skulle ha kostat extra. Falsk marknadsföring och sådana här oseriösa aktörer borde inte få blåsa fler besökare. Väldigt dålig upplevelse.

The room was clean and the location was great. It was nice to have in room laundry and they will sell you detergent if you need it. The only thing is the bed was firmer than I like, but I managed.

Excellent location, clean facilities, spacious and smooth check in/out process.

Positives: Great location and check in was smooth, and equipped with a washer / dryer. Negatives: No paper towels, limited rolls of toilet paper, blow dryer was old and power was very low, bathroom faucet was “tight” which meant you either had to keep the water to a trickle or you got sprayed, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet which had warped the plywood below, refrigerator was set so low our fruit froze, our unit was on the bottom floor facing the street. The curtains were thin and streetlight was on all night. While this list may be long, all of these things can easily be fixed and would improve guests experience

The room did not match the photographs we saw beforehand and the flat was in between being on the ground floor and underground. We could hear many noises from people and cars passing and the since the building is located in a busy area, the noises would keep us up at night. Additionally, our code to enter the building didn’t work for a whole day after checking in. WhatsApp communication with the host company was very poor as they wouldn’t answer us quickly. I messaged them back to back regarding the access issue but they wouldn’t get back. It wasn’t even at night or anything. We had to wait for other guests to leave the building for us to enter! Finally, the shower floor was uneven due to a prior damage, which I immediately raised. However, the company didn’t do anything about it. This forced us to use only a portion of the shower to avoid further damage. Oh and with regards to cleaning, the NUMA app clearly states that we would be notified via WhatsApp before the cleaning crew accessed our apartment. However, we were not. I do not recommend this property at all. Misleading pictures and poor customer service and management.

Positiv ist das sehr freundliche Reinigungspersonal und die gute zentrale Lage der Unterkunft hervorzuheben. Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist zum Teil fast schon schäbig: ein Fenster ging gar nicht zu, die automatische Fenstergardine ist beim Betätigen des Schalters komplett runtergekracht, die Couch wirkt absolut abgenutzt. Der Fernseher ist so unpraktisch an der Wand angebracht, dass der weder Richtung Bett noch Richtung Couch gerichtet ist. Insgesamt hat mich die Unterkunft enttäuscht.

Great location!

The room was very clean, good size, nice shower and we loved the area! One of the nights got a bit loud with people out at all hours, but we had kind of expected that with the area. Would definitely return and stay here again!
