冷房の効きが悪く、温度調節をしても全く温度が下がらない。また、お風呂入口の建て付けが悪くて戸が閉まりにくい ドライヤーはあるが、いつの時代のものなかのわからないくらいに古くて使い勝手が良くない

そもそもトウェインティナインと言うホテルは存在しない、英語よみであり、隣りの店で尋ねても分からなかった、 必ず、現地表記を入れて欲しい。

駅から徒歩圏内です。宿泊場所とチェックインの場所か異なりますが、特に不便は感じませんでしたイタリア

プリンチペ駅から歩いて近く、価格面でも大変リーゾナブルなホテルです。

イタリアのホテルで部屋に電気ポットがあったのは珍しいと思いました。 駅からも近いのですが、フロントは他のホテルと共用です。 ホテルの前が賑やかな通りなので、けっこう夜遅くまでうるさかったです。 朝食は利用せず。

ホテルは新しく、お部屋もとても綺麗ですし、Wi-Fiも少し接続が悪くなる時はありますが問題ありません。駅からとても近く、直進して行けば着くので迷わないと思います。 客室は2階と3階にありますが、エレベーターがありませんでした。 シャワーの水圧は弱めでした、泊まった部屋のシャワーは上で固定されているタイプだったので、背の低い自分にはシャワーの向きを変えるのが一苦労でした。 それとお湯の温度の調節が難しかったです。熱湯が出ました。 お部屋の暖房が終日切れていて夜は少し寒かったです。 2泊しましたが、1日目に枕が低くて寝ずらかったので使わなかったバスタオルを敷いたままにしていたら次の日枕が２つになっていました(^o^) 夜中何かの機械音がずっと聞こえてて寝付けにくいです。 周りの人の音や騒音はイタリアなので仕方ないです。笑

Dichtbij station. De receptie is een paar huizen verder, dat is prima. Maar ik zou hier niet opnieuw verblijven. Het raam is enkel glas, dus je kan de mensen buiten duidelijk horen. Het gordijn is moeilijk af te sluiten. Alles is gewoon oud: de lift, de haardroger en het meubilair. Geen plaats in de badkamer om spullen te leggen. Gelukkig waren we er maar 1 nacht. Ik was een beetje vies van alles, zoals het decoratief deken bovenop.

As soon as I unlocked the door to my room, the handle fell off. They sent a repair man quickly to repair it, but he put only put in one out of the three possible screws, so the handle was still extremely wobbly. The next day after I requested that two more be put in, he did so. He was very kind, but it was an inconvenience especially since I was waiting in my room for him to repair it the second time and he came significantly later than was promised. I also feel like my booking was baited and switched. There was an option to add breakfast for free on the Expedia website however, when I got there, they told me my booking was only for the room and nothing else. On my booking receipt it didn’t say anything about the free breakfast so I had no proof. It left a bad taste in my mouth. There is also a bad smell coming from the pipes/toilet/shower. Also, the rooms directly against the street are extremely noisy. On every one of my four nights I was woken up by either someone yelling on the street or honking a car horn etc. I had booked this place for convenience and proximity to the bus station/train, however, I find this area is really not safe at night especially closer to the port. The area around the hotel is very dirty too, as there is lots of garbage, feces and the smell of urine everywhere.

Bel hôtel propre et bien situé pas très loin de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Accueil sympathique. Chambre confortable avec Clim appréciable.

Très bien. La proximité de la gare à 5 minutes est un gros avantage. Très propre, le seul petit truc à redire éventuellement « la salle de bain un peu vétuste »

Pros: spacious, good thick towels, great location, good breakfast! Cons: run-down, mold growing in the ceiling corner in bathroom, AC didn’t do much and it was VERY hot, door was like a bedroom door in an apartment- not very solid or easy to close properly

Em geral, foi boa. Não consegui água quente no meu quarto, o que foi um problema para o banho. De resto, hotel bem localizado e bem atendido. Quarto limpo.

Wonderful for a one night stop

The check in is in a separate building. This was a bit confusing. The hotel did offer me a free upgrade but that building did not have an elevator which I required. The room was small, as expected, and very clean. The shower was a bit awkward since I am plus size (US18) and did not fit into the shower easily. It was a quiet room. The breakfast was an additional fee, I knew ahead of time, but was good for the price.
