足やお腹が虫にさされたように痒くなった。1階の部屋であった。毛布のダニ駆除が必要かもしれない。 リゾートとしては、大きすぎすよかった。 朝食は、美味しかった。

日本語を話せるスタッフがいました。タクシーの運転手さんに行きたいところを全て伝えてくれました。とても親切なスタッフさんがいるホテルでした。

Great place to stay with nice heated infinity pool. Only issue I had was balcony door was ridiculous heavy and very hard to even use.

바다가 보이는 자쿠지에서 몸을 쉴 수 있다는 것이 너무 좋아요. 인피니티 풀은 음... 일단 가족여행이 많아서 그런지 아이들이 많았구요, 저녁 8시 이후에는 어른들만 이용할 수 있어서 그 때는 조용하니 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 배달음식을 시킬 수 없다는 호텔의 규정이 있어서 불편할 거라 생각했는데, 호텔 내 서비스로 주문하는 치킨이나 음식들도 투숙객 할인 쿠폰을 통해서 저렴하게 먹을 수 있으니 좋네요. 투썸 커피 1+1 쿠폰도 조식 먹고 난 뒤에 잘 활용했구요 음... 조식도 아주 좋습니다. 가격대비 최상급이라고 생각이 들었네요.

Check in is 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 and had to wait until 4pm because room wasn’t ready. They offered us two Americano coffee from the Twosome Place. I did not feel like this was enough to compensate for an hour of waiting so I asked how much do they charge for late check out? The front desk guy then processed to offer us 1 hour late check out which didn’t help us because our flight was at 1:50pm the day of check out. So they offered us a free cabana spot at their infinity pool- we agreed to this but ended up not booking a cabana. Their infinity pool is not really an infinity pool, more of just an above ground pool. The windows around the rooftop and pool were so dirty you could barely even see out of them, and full of spiders and spider webs. Mind you they were only going to give us two Americanos before we spoke up so make sure you say something like f this happens to you. Once we were told our room was ready we headed to it. Room was nice, just kind of out dated. Old lamps and shower looked like it had seen better days. Being in the room for only 5 minutes and then this housekeeper guy just walks right in and comes in the bathroom while I’m peeing. Seems like he was going to give towels he forgot to put in the bathroom. He quickly left and apologized but damn what a bad check in experience. We stayed in an ocean view suit with a jetted bathtub which was nice. Room service food was good. Stingy with their towels and the towels always smelt like mildew.

Overall, we were pleased and could stay again. The #1 compliant is the room was hot and humid. It was better to be in the common areas or even outside in the shade. I called several times about the A/C the first night. They offered a change of rooms or “renting” a fan. My next biggest concern was the property doesn’t allow outside food, forcing us to either purchase from the facility (which had limited hours) or eating out at other restaurants.

체크인해주신 분 외에 서비스 많이 부족한 상태고 체크아웃 때 주변 맛집 추천 요청드렸는데 추천할 수 없다고ㅠ하네요. 객실 화장실 따뜻한 물 반대 방향으로 설치되어 한 참 기다리다고 전화했더니 말씀해주셨어요. 벽면 전기 콘센트에 드라이기 꽃을 때 커버 떨어지고 전기 나와서 좀 놀랬어요. 좋은 점: 1. 체크인해주신 직원 분 2. 루프탑풀 - 따뜻하고 저녁 8시 후 성인 전용이라 완전 좋았어요! 3. 객실 넓어서 셋이서 투숙하기에 너무 편했어요. 오션호텔 찾다보니 여기로 나와서 예약하고 갔는데 제 잘못으로 객실은 산방향으로 (주차장뷰) 예약하는 바람에 많이 아쉬웠지만 이틀내내 거의 외부 일정 있어서 뷰 때문에 큰 불편없이 잘 지냈습니다. 다음에 갈 생각 없지만 급여행으로써 전체적으로 만족하고 보내왔습니다.
