Excellent hotel, food, staff, excellent location

Our accommodation with a private pool was fabulous. We stayed around our pool was close to breakfast. Really relaxing

We had the best time in Amavi Made for Two. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and always had water and coffee in the room. The view was amazing Breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had. Bonus was that there was so much good protein and healthy optiona to choose from. Not just basic croissant and bread. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Buffet was great too, if you can't find something you like to eat there, you are just a snob. Best dinner though was at the Immenso restaurant. Every dish very good and staff super friendly. We definitely visit again.

We stayed at the Amavi Made for Two Hotel in Paphos for 7 nights in a Junior Suite on Half Board – and honestly, we didn't want to leave! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The cleanliness was impeccable – housekeeping was discreet, thorough and consistent every day, with the room always pristine and fresh except for a couple of drain smells Service across the board was genuinely top-tier. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing – they remembered our preferences and made every mealtime a delight. The pool staff deserve special praise too – always on hand with littele extras during the day and somehow managing to make everything feel seamless. The food was good buffet variety. Unfortunately none of the 3 'special' restaurants were open during our stay so we cannot comment on their quality. Each meal was nicely presented and plentiful with a theme each night. . What really made the difference was the atmosphere – calm, intimate and relaxing.It’s great level luxury without pretension.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff, very attentive. Not too busy, pools always seemed to be empty in April so almost no point paying for a private one :)

This is a great hotel to stay near the Paphos harbour area. The hotel is within walking distance of plenty of decent restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and modern. The pre-assigned pool beds are a great touch. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect spot.

We had the most amazing time at Amavi! The staff, facilities, food were all fantastic. It is in a great location, it is within walking distance to Paphos Harbour. I do not have a negative thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to stay there again! Thank you to all the amazing staff (Paul, Lucy, Mary, sorry I cannot remember everyone’s names).

Hotel was fantastic and the service great although trying to get a late check out was a bit of a chore. I stupidly booked an 8:30pm flight and was hoping to get a late check out either in our room or any free one however only managed an extra hour. I had asked for this before I traveled and during my stay but still couldn’t be arranged. Also the beach isn’t great if you’re looking for crystal clear waters and more of a beach club vibe. This is definitely an area that could be developed in the future.

Great property expertly located mix of beaches and historic sites, beautiful sunset views. Staff and service excellent, facilities high quality and parking is great to help to get to other sites across Cyprus. Best hotel in Paphos.

Excellent hotel , very well trained staff , polite helpful and friendly would gladly return and recommend.

The hotel is very well located on the beachfront far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to be walkable. It is less crowded than other hotels in the area. The facilities and service are excellent. My only remark: it would be nice if one of the outside swimming pools were heated - it is too cold to swim in November.

A lovely high end hotel in immaculate condition. The quality of staff across all functions and their hospitality was exemplary. We are lucky enough to stay in many lovely hotels and this was up there with the best. Highly recommend the Amavi.

Fabulous hotel, couldn't fault it. The staff were so friendly & went out of their way to look after us & make our stay special. The food was all spectacular & the half-board package with included soft drinks & a bottle of wine with dinner was excellent value. Our room was stunning & had beautiful views across the sea from the balcony. Due to the season, the outside pool was closed but the indoor pool in the spa was open & was pretty quiet most days so we enjoyed swimming there. We celebrated our wedding anniversary & our babymoon at the hotel & had a fantastic time. We've recommended the hotel to several friends already & plan to return again ourselves. We visited in January so the weather was a bit windy and wet on occasion, but was still between 16 & 20C most days.

This Hotel is overall lovely. Most of the staff are great and can not do enough for you. Food is ok, but not fantastic. Only one of the a la care restaurants was open whilst we were there and if you are coeliac (gluten free) it’s not good. Reminded me of a college restaurant run by students. The deluxe sea view room we stayed at, needs some deep cleaning, lots of thick dust on discreet ledges and cobwebs. When we arrived there was thick dark long hair in a clump at the side of the shower and a dirty towel in the luggage rack. Also water/soap marks on sink,taps, shower glass window and water marks on the tiles in the bar area. There was also two long dark long hairs in the bed and the pillow smelt of hair. Someone had used the room and this upset me. (Not a great start) Also a random piece of tile was used at the side of the sink near the skirting to hold something up. I took photos if needed. The guest services did manage to sort the room ‘surface clean’. I didn’t tell them all about the thick dust etc because I didn’t want to appear fussy. They were trying to help. Pool area is nice. Pool not heated. Nice indoor pool too. We decided not to participate in the New Year’s Eve gala, because you had to get a coach to it and share tables with other guests. Guest services were very helpful and offered to ring some local restaurants for us. They said they would come back to us…. Still waiting! Also the air conditioning has been turned off for the winter, our room was boiling.
