ホテルのスタッフの方が皆さん親切でとても素敵なホテルでした！市内とホテルの間をシャトルが運行していて、whatsappというアプリでスタッフの方に連絡すると迎えに来てくれます！ちょっと、遠い場所でも嫌な顔せずに迎えに来てくれて凄く有り難かったです！ また、シェムリアップに行く時は是非泊まりたいと思います♪

スタッフ・部屋・食事と全てにおいて最高でした。 街の中心部からは離れているものの、出かける際は無料でトゥクトゥクをだしてもらえる。中心部(ハードロックカフェ)からホテルに戻る際は電話で呼べばすぐピックアップに来てくれます(出かける際に言えば小さな携帯電話をホテルが貸してくれるのでそれを使う) 客室数が多いわけではないので、全体的に静かに過ごすことができスタッフともすぐ顔なじみになりいつも笑顔でフレンドリーに声をかけてくださるので、非常に安心して過ごすことができました。 部屋もかなり広々としており清潔で浴槽も大きく大満足でした。又、朝食も毎朝変わるため飽きる事はありませんでした。

建物、ホテル内、プールも綺麗にされておりとても清潔でした。 スタッフもとても親切ですし、町までの送迎付き、送迎のための携帯も貸してくれるので安心でした。 このお値段でこのランクはなかなか無いなと思うような部屋でした。とても満足しています。 ただ空港まで車送迎のはずだったが、スタッフが前日にカギを持って帰ってしまったためトゥクトゥクで空港に行くことになりました。。。少し残念でしたがスタッフの皆さんが良かったので気にならなかったです。

ホテルの人たちが親切でとても優しかったです。空港に迎えにきてくれたときから最後まで好待遇でした。ホテルでは、のんびりと充実して過ごすことができます。また、電話をすればすぐ迎えにきてくれて、アンコールワットのツアーまでも組んでくれました。ホテルの人たちのおかげで最高の旅でした。

このホテルは街の中心部から離れた所にあります。(地図の表示が間違えていることがありますので注意して下さい) ただ、ホテル所有のトゥクトゥクが街の中心部(ハードロックカフェ レストラン)との間を24時間無料で運行してますので、不便は感じません。 空港とホテルの間は、ホテルの車を手配してくれますが、連絡先が見当たらないことがありますので、予約時に連絡することを忘れないで下さい。 夜にスコールがあると、蛙の大合唱が始まることがあります。 スタッフはとても親切で、部屋はキレイです。 水の流れが少し悪いです。 プールはとても過ごしやすく、夜にはライトアップされて良い雰囲気です。

中心地から 少し離れているが、ホテルはすごく良かった。トゥクトゥクで送迎もしてくれるのでそこまで困ることはない。 ホテルは綺麗、快適に過ごせる。 サービスの全てが素晴らしい。

We stayed in a room with a private pool. The room was huge, with a soaking tub big enough or two people. The toilet was in a separate private cubicle, and the shower room was very spacious. The pool was deep enough to cover me to shoulder height (I’m 5’3”), and had a ledge at one end for sitting. What it didn’t have was any steps or a hand rail to assist you getting in and out. I have fed that back to the management team directly, but if you are less able to bend, kneel or get up from the floor then bare that in mind if a private pool appeals. The main pool did have both steps and handrail. The bed was very comfortable, and the aircon was efficient. The staff are all lovely. Genuinely friendly people who want to help you have a great time. The free transport to the town centre totally negates the slightly out of the way location of the property - you get all the fun without the nighttime disturbance.

The check in was easy. Most of the staff was friendly. We had several issues including the pool having green water and not being addressed by management, 3rd time someone came and actually looked at the water. We weren’t able to use the pool for most of our stay and were not compensated for the inconvenience. The spa wasn’t a relaxing experience it was just over priced. You get better massages and nail treatments outside of the resort. Which was why there was only one other person there who received services over a two day period. You have to check your bill, I was going to be over charged for the spa until I informed them of the mistake. We also received moldy bottle water from a staff member. There was a mummified frog under the trash can in the bathroom. The curtains were supposed to be white and had brown stains on them. Not a luxury resort at all.

Es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich spontan um drei Nächte verlängert habe. Alles ist wunderbar, das Hotel in einem wunderschön angelegten Garten bietet u.a. eine Lese- und Ruheoase, einen sehr schönen und großen Pool. Der High Tea ist auch entspannend und lecker mit frischen Waffeln, Obst und kleinen Kuchen. Das Personal ist so freundlich, liebenswert und stets hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl der frisch zubereiteten Speisen zum Frühstück ist enorm. Mein Suite war schon eingerichtet und angenehm geräumig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses wunderschöne Hotel buchen und kann es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen

This resort/property takes you back in time with the beauty of Cambodia. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent.

Without a doubt, one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The service was incredible. The staff was extremely attentive, the dining was fabulous. If I ever come back to Siem Reap, I will not look for any other properties. I would definitely stay here again.

The Embassy Angkor Resort & Spa is a beautiful hotel with well kept grounds and clean, spacious and well appointed rooms. It’s not in the center of the city so it was the perfect place to come back to for peace and quiet after a busy day out. They offer free Tuk Tuk service to and from the city anytime you need one so it’s easy to go around. The staff were so warm and friendly that it always felt like coming home. A special shout out to Barang who welcomed me and gave me a tour of the property and Royal who always made sure I was comfortable, well hydrated and well fed.
