Owners accommodated us arriving late and leaving early which was most appreciated, room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Would definitely use again

We love staying here…. The peace…… the friendliness…. The comfort…. The wonderful breakfast…. The only thing that was not so nice was the road out from the A915, but we heard that‘s being corrected soon.

Situated in a rural part of Fife that is beautiful and tranquil. Very comfortable and clean facilities and the host, Anne, is so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay! Very friendly hostess (Anne) who made us feel right at home. Spotless room (& house for that matter), and everything worked as it should. Great breakfast with fresh duck eggs and 3 types of sausage! Location was OK being only about 15-20 minutes from Saint Andrews, but be prepared for some typically Scottish skinny roads/lanes on the way there.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Balhousie B&B! Rooms were cosy and the views were lovely! Our host Anne was very welcoming and made sure we were well looked after! The breakfast was delicious; especially the duck eggs from their own ducks! I would definitely come and stay again! The photo is the view from the bedroom window.
