小さな集落中心にあります・スーパーマーケットもガソリンスタンドも目の前です。カやフェお土産屋もいくつかあります。ポロル渓谷にも近かったです。

部屋は十分に広い。 エレベーターがないので二階に荷物を運ぶのが大変。ロケーションが良い。

地域のコミュニティ的な場所だと感じました。ゆったりとした雰囲気の中で中庭でも気持ち良く過ごす事ができ、豊かな気持ちになりました。 ホテルの前でファーマーズマーケットも開催されており、そちらの方も楽しかったです！

Very clean, quiet, and so cute! If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in northern Hawaii I would definitely recommend this hotel. My 18 year old son really liked the beds!

There was no coffee available. The lobby wasn't going to open until 10:00 a.m., and though it looked like they would have coffee there, none was available, nor was it the afternoon/evening before. Very disappointed about that. Otherwise the place was lovely.

After doing a long trip around the Big Island, I can say that this was our favorite stay. It is a lovely hotel. Check in was very easy, rooms were clean and stay was very quiet.

We enjoyed the aesthetic of the place and the location. Very quiet and clean. Very few amenities so good for only a one night stay.

We stayed in Hawi for 1 night, The property is well maintained and clean. They have a self check in and out process which is convenient. Also the main door entry to the hotel are number locked so it is very secure. There is a common room with microwave, water dispenser and dining facility. The room had comfortable beds and bathroom was spacious and clean. There is lobby space in front of the rooms with chairs wherein you can relax. There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. On Saturday they had a Farmer's Market right at the Hotel doorstep which was a nice addition. I would recommend this place to stay and will book again.

Amazing stay !! Old plantation vibes and relaxing!!!

I liked that no key or key card needed, just code for keypad that was sent via email. No need to check in at a desk. Very convenient as we got in late and the front desk may have already been closed by then.

Exceptional property for viewing the volcano

Location was close to little downtown, coffee shop and restaurants. Self Check in process was simple. Nicely decorated. Very clean. There is a community microwave and water dispenser but no coffee maker. Fridge in the room. We were very happy with this hotel.

Easy check-in. Just the basics, bedroom and bathroom. Linens were clean and fresh. Open air rooms. Affordable. Shared microwave in the common room so we could heat our breakfast. Staff were very friendly and recommended local shopping and coffee options all in walking distance. This is a no frills property. If you want to slow down and relax, this is the place with an authentic Big Island vibe.

The property itself was fine. The room was clean and bed comfy. However, the fire alarm repeatedly went off throughout the night with no apparent cause. Requesting a refund. Got little sleep there.

Good stay. Secluded area

I don’t normally take the time to review a hotel but this place is a diamond in the ruff. I stayed in 12a&b and it was spacious and great for my family of 4 but could have easily accommodated few more kiddos. The hotel is older but very cute and fits with the old town vibe. If you are staying in the area this should be high on your list

Not so good. It could be made more pleasant by providing some coffee/tea. Not having a 24/7 front desk support is something we felt like concerned if something happens to the occupant.

I liked being greeted by the hotel staff. I enjoyed being shown to the room by staff. I appreciated the kindness show by the front desk

I loved this place. Cute. Clean. Farmers market outside in the morning. Everyone was friendly and things were in walking distance. The only thing I would change is the beds. Not comfortable at all.
