4人で4泊で利用しました。部屋はとても綺麗で使い易く、通りに面していたので遅くまで出歩くことができました。また騒音も気になりませんでした。 近くには市場やマーケット、お土産やも充実していてとても便利でした。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

隣のスーパーで生ハムとチーズを買って食費を安くあげることができました。夜の時間帯でも環境客が多いので、安心して食料の買い出しができます。 地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くなので、ロケーションは最高でした。

繁華街の中なので騒音や振動などはそれなりです。 静かな場所がお好きな方には難しいかと思いましたが、私も娘も賑やかな街が好きなのでよかったです。 特に前の通りはスリ被害が多いですよと在住のの方から注意を受けて、ホテルに変更しようか？と一時は悩みましたが、こちらのアパートでよかったです。 とても便利で楽しい雑貨などのお店もたくさんあって飽きません。 毎日があっという間に終わりました。(笑) グエル邸も徒歩圏内ですし 少し歩けばカサミラもカサバトリョも 行けます。 もう少し頑張ってサグラダファミリアにも歩いて行きました お掃除は2日に1回ですがとても綺麗に清掃してくださり、キッチンのゴミ袋なども補充されて快適でした。 シーツ交換は別途有料だそうです。 近くに大型スーパーがあるので食材も買いやすいです。 自炊でいろんな食材を楽しめるので、それもよかったです。 お隣のコンビニ風のお店は同じお品でも お値段がとても張りますので 是非大きなスーパーでお買いになるといいと思いました 通りを渡ると古くからのマーケットもあって情緒豊かです。 車は通りが狭いので停めるのが難しいです。 タクシープールがあるぼでそちらを利用しました。

アパートメントながらフロントに人が常駐しておりチェックインがわかりやすい。設備が充実している。

カタルーニャ駅から徒歩圏内で、ランブラス通りに面しており、ゴシック地区なども歩いて回れるので最高のリッチでした。お部屋は広く、キッチン、乾燥機付き洗濯機も備えているので快適に過ごせました。スタッフのいる時間が限られているので、早朝や夜遅くのチェックイン＆アウトが心配でしたが、到着時間を伝えておけば対応していただけそうです。

メトロの駅にも近く立地が素晴らしい

The property was great, the welcome staff was awesome, kitchen and landry was a plus. What I didn’t like was: It’s overpriced, it’s very loud and noisy at night, people outside are constantly screaming, yelling and playing loud music as late as 6am, especially on weekends. Location was good, but to be honest I found myself exploring Barcelona being in other area way more then at the crowded La Rambla.

It is very accessible and easy to get to major attractions. It is right across from Boqueria and close to Carrefour. They emptied the trash every two days, changed the towels, and refilled bottled water, espresso capsule, the laundry detergent and dish detergent. Also, I arrived at the hotel around 9pm on Saturday and had no problem checking in. Additionally, there was a locker provided where I could store my luggage after check-out. It was a little disappointing to feel the vibration of the subway.

The stay was amazing, great location , very central property is very clean and comfortable. Mariana was very very helpful. met us at check in explained everything . helped us find a restaurant close by and also booked our taxi to the airport. highy recommended

The location was good . We arrive very late and mgr waited for us even though the last check in time was at 8 pm . The apartment is clean and close to lots of tourists attractions

Room was super clean. High ceilings. Well thought out room. Great location. Loved it so much. Felt like I was in my own bed.

Apartment was comfortable and clean. The area, however, not so much. Very noisy and currently under major construction which it was not communicated before booking.

Great location! Shopping and restaurants all around the apt. The unit is like new and very clean and comfortable. The owner responds to emails quickly and check in was easy. Highly recommend.

Very well located for Barcelona. Our apartment was just what we needed for our family. Lots of storage space, comfy beds, great kitchen facilities (no oven) but a large fridge, perfect for putting drinks and food in. Considering La Rambla is undergoing construction work at the moment our apartment faced the tiny street away from La Rambla, so no noise disturbance for us

Was very easy access to all areas of Barcelona, especially the Gothic district. It was unfortunate that there was a lot of construction and noise in the area.

C'est vraiment trop chouette comme logement en plein centre de la rambla, la propriétaire est aux petits soins. Metro juste à côté séjour parfait
