快適に滞在できました。

8ヶ月の赤ちゃんがハイハイしても気にならないほど、部屋が凄く清潔感があって気持ちよく滞在できました！子供はソファベッドだったのですが寝心地も良かったです。簡易キッチンもあったので子供連れの連泊には便利でした！しいてゆうならコンロが1つでもあればもっといいかなと思ったのと、包丁の切れ味が悪すぎてほとんど使えなかったのが少し気になったくらいです。

新しくとても綺麗でした。次回もまた泊まりたいです。

Hotel was okay, good amenities in room. Bathroom was dirty

The place was amazing. The hotel and room were clean. The pool is a great commodity, along with the free breakfast. So many services are offered in this hotel. Will be coming back for sure.

Our stay was comfortable. Buffet breakfast could have been varied each day...but was the same.

Really enjoyed the stay, the service was great and the room was very clean. The area felt peaceful, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Montreal

Good service, I was impressed!

Hotel had all the facilities you could need, clean, spacious and friendly and helpful staff. We have d a very comfortable stay. We knew it was close to a large highway so noise was expected, and got used to it.

Great hotel and location.

Nice room with a sofabed for the kids. Breakfast offered something for everyone. Was a bit crowded though.

Polite staff, clean room and lobby. Breakfast was just ok. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs, sausage was very dry.

While the hotel itself is generally good, our experience with Linda at the front desk completely ruined our stay. The hotel in general is good, but Linda the front desk treated us unfairly. She told me that she is the manager and she lied. She eas treating us badly and discriminating us. Very bad person.

We’ve been traveling to Montreal 3 or 4 times a year to visit family and work, and have stayed in many hotels, but this was the first time we’ve ever felt so unwelcome. While the hotel itself is generally good, our experience with Laura at the front desk completely ruined our stay. Laura treated us unfairly just because we are not from Quebec. She spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, asking us to remove our food from the barbecue to make space for another family from Quebec. The way she approached us was not only unprofessional but felt clearly discriminatory.
