The Best accommodation in Parkes ! Starts from excellent communication with the host who accommodated an earlier check in , sent clear instructions ! New build , spacious , comfortable very well equipped unit with functional kitchen , full laundry , backyard space , safe , secure outdoor barbecue area ! Aircons in the living room and bedroom ,heater in the bathroom for the cold nights ! Comfortable bed with 2 sets of soft or hard pillows , this accommodation has everything! I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to anyone in Parkes ! Thank you !

Two adults in Joyce House. Had everything we could want, private yard, easy to find, easy to access accommodation, private parking. Very lovely!

Great place to stay that was quiet and very clean, well equipped, so much better than staying at a normal hotel.

Very neat and clean. A tad overpriced but convenient location. Saying that, Parkes isn’t a huge town Had to pay a deposit (a refundable bond against damages). I’m not sure that this is mentioned in the Hotels.com listing and I had to make a phone call to do this from an area with poor phone reception whilst on a driving trip. More annoyingly, 8 days later and the money has not been refunded even though I’ve received confirmation that it will be.

Clean, good layout and well located. Three coffee pods for four people for four days was stingy. Tea bags need replacement as they were falling apart. Better quality dishwasher tablets would be a good idea.

Our stay was fabulous. The 3 bedroom house was perfect for us & it was such a lovely place to stay in. Feedback would be the room with the single beds has no power points to charge your phones or devices. The shower heads in both bathrooms need the keys checked. We couldn’t access Netflix etc These things didn’t affect how fabulous we thought the house was, it was wonderful.

Loved it, easy handling, key next to door, come and leave without seeing anyone. Children loved it, quite modern on the inside with a touch of heritage. Very good location, short walk to main cappuccino strip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is gorgeous with all amenities m. Also close to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again

Positioned right on a major highway and only two streets from the railway line, we found this property to be extremely noisy. Traffic, including many heavy trucks, was consistent throughout day and night. It was difficult to get much sleep. The property itself was spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy. However, in my opinion, all of this was outweighed by the perpetual traffic noise. This was the most highly rated and expensive of the properties available when we stayed, and yet I couldn’t recommend staying here unless you are impervious to noise. Oh, and you don’t mind fairly poor TV reception.
