Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out.

Colazione molto buona e abbondante ,personale gentilissimo purtroppo nelle nostra camera erano entrate diverse cimici e anche dopo l’intervento della inserviente non sono riusciti ad eliminarle tutte.La camera era pulitissima probabilmente gli ospiti precedenti hanno lasciato la finestra del bagno aperta

Camera spaziosa, e dotata di ogni confort, colazione abbondante e varia. È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. La piscina era ancora chiusa (5aprile)

Ein imposantes Anwesen, nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt, jedoch sehr ruhig. Top eingerichtet und alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Suite war super. Abendessen im Castello sehr lecker und auch zu empfehlen. Frühstück ebenso. Personal freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Perfekt für ein Zwischenstopp- wir würden wieder Dörte übernachten.

Beautiful property, full of history and culture. Staff at Castello have been exceptional, friendly and attentive. 5/5 for cleanliness and food. Pool is quite clean and well equipped for relaxing. Would highly recommend :-)

This is an outstanding place! From the amazing castle and it’s history, to the tasteful and beautiful large rooms, to the incredible food and service level. We are coming back as soon as possible <3 Do not let the outside of the castle fool you - inside is a magical and beautiful place.

Très bel établissement, agencement et décoration. La piscine pourrait être mieux entretenue. Endroit isolé. Le restaurant n’est pas digne d’un établissement 4 étoiles. Personnel à disposition.

Fabulous property in a quiet serene setting! Staff and service was fabulous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. On-site restaurant had a nice menu with many options. Not much else in the area

We absolutely loved our stay at the Castle. The staff was fabulous, The young lady in the office was extremely helpful and made dinner reservations for us at one of the best dining experiencing we ever have at restaurante La Torre.

Se volete andare in un posto dove la pace regna sovrana ve lo consiglio e un bellissimo castello 🏰 dove si possono passare dei gioni con tutti i confort. Il personale veramente competente e gentile, grazie anche a loro avrò un bel riccardo di questi gironi. Alla prossima

I actually booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was closer to La Spezia. What a great mistake! We immediately fell in love with it and actually changed the next part of our trip in order to spend another night here. It is definitely off the beaten path, but that is what we liked about it. It’s in a charming little village and the building and rooms were great. They were so accommodating. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Thank you to the woman who worked reception when we arrived and for the very nice gentleman who worked the overnight shift, you all were great!

I loved the property and the staff , if I am being totally honest the food was below par.

A lovely stay away from the craziness of the coast! The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we were invited to enjoy all the different rooms in the castle as we were shown round on our first day. Very peaceful, but also close enough for us to enjoy coastal beauty spots like Cinque Terre. One of our party had a birthday whilst we were there; the staff did their utmost to make the breakfast extra special. A very special BIG shout out for Roberta, along with Irina, Max and Matteo
