オーナーの方がとても良い人で、また泊まりたい思いました（ホテルの設備自体は、不満はないがものすごく良いという感じでもなく、一重にオーナーが良い人で泊まってよかったと思いました。）。

This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room assignment and helped us switch to a different room. He also provided suggestions about restaurants, helped us arrange shuttle to airport etc. We highly recommend this B & B to anyone who plan to visit Palermo!

Camera pulita e personale davvero gentile, proprietario molto gentile. Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dai 4 canti. Buona offerta di ristoranti e negozi. Unica pecca il non avere una scrivania in camera per poter lavorare e la camera senza finestre

Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful host - he helped me with parking (tip, don’t hire a car in Palermo!) and even presented us with birthday cake for my wife’s birthday- nice touch!

Extremely kind host. Very helpful with airport transfer and whatever we asked for. Location fantastic. Room lacked windows but that was ok. Next time in Palermo we will chose to come back. Easily.

sehr netter Gastgeber und zentrale Lage. Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster, darauf sollte bei der Buchung aufmerksam gemacht werden! Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, allerdings roch das Bad stark nach Kanal

B&B Ponticello is a small B&B very close to the railway station and all the main attractions. Stayed there for a few days and found the room very clean, breakfast was buffet style. Emmanuel was a very helpful, caring host

Friendly staff, quick check-in, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. My bedroom was just outside the kitchen which i found odd, but overall i was satisfied and woild definitely stay here again.

We thought we were staying in a band b (bed and breakfast) but it seems this is untrue if you want breakfast it was an additional 8 euros and from what we saw it wasn’t worth it to me saying you are a band b is false advertising, room extremely small box room size and no windows, drains in bathroom smelt of raw sewage , no free water provided had to pay for everything additionally so would I stay again definitely not and would I recommend absolutely NO how the owner can say he has 9.6 from booking . Com is beyond me not sure where the reviews are coming from. We had been looking forward to Palermo and this experience has been the worst of our 2.5 weeks in Italy
