Comfortable stay, very good breakfast, staff were so informative

Quickly check in and out. Nice staff and room clean. I think that they should have a minibar inside the room. No complimentary water bottle

Easy transfer to central city, safe area around terminal and no worries for leave the luggage prior the flight

It's located in the T4. Just within walking distace from the airport (there's a skybridge).

It takes about 5 mins walking on fully-covered walkway, feels pretty much still in the Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4). Check in is ok. Breakfast is ok. Service is friendly and helpful.
