初めて宿泊しました。台北からのアクセスも便利ですし、最寄りのバスステーションまでホテルの専用車でお迎えに来て頂きとても助かりました。ホテルはハイグレードでホスピタリティもとても満足できる素晴らしいものでした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

服務人員都十分親切 因為小朋友才剛滿1歲，兒童遊戲區的許多設施都還不太能體驗，服務員積極的給予其他玩具。 餐廳員工也提供了寶寶粥，非常開心有白粥以外的選擇可以給小朋友。 房間也十分乾淨，尚未check in前也能夠充實的玩樂到設施，下次也還會想再選擇此飯店!!

The hotel was child friendly! So many free activities for kids. Will definitely recommend it.

冷氣空調噪音太大聲且冷度不穩定，睡眠質量受到影響，棉被舒適度不夠。

寵物友善 環境舒適 非常喜歡 不過暑假親子非常多 游泳池很多小孩在玩 如果想要悠閒的游泳 可以避開這個時間：）

Very very clean and modern hotel. Like a museum. We were told there is a street separate the two building and we are aware. It could be too hot to walk across for some, though we were offered shuttle bus one time, never seen it again when we want to use it. Pool tile are missing and could be a safety issue. Kids car ride and game room hour is limited. Online communication is straightly in English, and could be difficult for some. Asked for special sized bath rope but wasn’t offered.

住行館望月閣房型，端午節連假去，還應景附上一包艾草包泡湯。 親子友善，房內有遊戲機可以打整天，但如果有想玩的遊戲片，需要訂房後提前告知，入住後房內基本的兩片遊戲片是無法更改的。 吃早餐需要過馬路走到本館。 只有本館的地下停車場才有電車慢充，雖有四個充電位置，但只有三個充電樁。 Happy hours行館位在12樓，視野很好，就算連假很多人，接待人員也都笑咪咪的：）

The property was lovely but for a couple it was kid central so didn’t use the pool other than one afternoon because it was so busy. Housekeeping asked if we wanted sheets and towels changed, which we said we were ok but still could have made the bed, replaced coffee and water, picked up the washcloth in the shower etc. just little tidy up is nice. Staff were lovely !! The lobby lounge has good snacks and wine. Not always easy to find in Taiwan. Our private hot spring onsen was amazing !!

Good 乾凈床鋪浴池大客房 通車逛街方便 很舒適

Very clean room, extremely friendly staff and a very accommodating breakfast (mu table). We are plant based and gluten free (due to celiacs). All food is labeled with +5 different labels (fish, meat, dairy, egg, gluten, and others) and the chef would make us a separate custom meal each morning.

寒沐，是我過去最喜歡的飯店之一，但這次非常失望，以後應該不會再去入住了。 1. 最重要的床墊對身體不健康，需要汰換，大床的中間明顯凹陷，不易翻身，整夜被迫睡在床墊的邊上，醒來腰酸背痛， 非常難過！ 2. 窗簾需要清洗，有味道而且黏黏的。 3. 廁所空間大，但沒有設置架子可放私人物品或手機，不方便。 4. 一樓cafe的服務生訓練不夠，不會主動提供小盤子放置海鮮的殼，而且戴著耳機，聽不到顧客叫喚，必須走到他的面前。

One of the best hotel that makes you feel welcome and provide with friendly services. Especially, it is very comfortable bedding which was important to have some good rest. Their Chinese restaurant also has excellent food with a very reasonable price. It even tasted better than some overrated restaurants. We will definitely come back again.
