すべてのデザインがおしゃれ！大満足。まずはレセプションから素敵なデザインに囲まれ、スタッフの服装も通常のホテルとは異なりおしゃれでテンションがあがりました。 もちろんルーフトップのカフェでの朝食は雰囲気もあげてくれました。

The pool on the roof deck was the main reason for booking this hotel. It turns out it is not run by Virgin but a separate company. The pool itself had black mold floating around. It hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Complaining to the front desk resulted in a “not our problem” response.

Stayed for one night and loved it. Cool vibe, a great rooftop pool with a bar, plus a really cool bar on the ground floor. Rooms are clean and the shower has a steam room setting! Amazing.

We booked this expensive room since it was a heat wave and has an outdoor pool. But the ENTIRE time we were there it was closed😭

Jag uppskattade verkligen att bo här på alla sätt och vis. Fick ett fantastiskt rum. Magiskt med terass och ångbastu. Sängen skön och gymmet bra. Läget i Shoreditch perfekt för mig. Och personalen väldigt trevlig, inte minst Ginni som var väldigt service minded. Hatten av för henne och de övriga i receptionen. Gör så mycket att få bra hjälp! Ska jag hitta något litet att kalga på så får det bli att det inte fanns wifi på min fantastiska terass, men det är ju inte så mycket att gnälla över ;) Kommer att komma tillbaka hit!

Bare virkelig godt hotel.

I’m a wheelchair user and booked an accessible king room. The doors were all wide enough to fit my all terrain wheelchair through and I could fit in the elevator with several people and the doors opened other side so no need to turn or reverse out. Some mirrors were still positioned to standing height in the room though and demonstrated the importance of having an actual disabled person involved in your design process for accessibility. A beautiful room with an accessible wardrobe and mirrors in the doors I could see in. The hotel has a revolving front door with an accessible door to the side and front desk staff were on it treating me like a queen when I arrived or left the hotel and never left me waiting. Always making sure everything was ok and checking in on me. I need to thank Fotios Savva at guest relations because they really were the highlight of my stay and made me feel like if I needed anything they’d be right there to help me out. Shoreditch was pretty accessible and amazing place to explore. I hope to stay here again.

Great hotel for couples! Loved the amenities. Rooftop pool was closed for an event but the staff handled the situation with great professionalism and resolved the issue. Looking forward to visiting again

We had a really lovely night at the hotel. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. Would happily stay here again - great location to explore. On the minus side - The pool is very small and I would ask when you are checking in if your room is directly above the bar as it is very loud and open until 1am.

Great hotel in an excellent location, would happily recommend.

I have stayed at this property twice. it is in east London near wear my daughter lives and is close to a tube station. The rooms are on the small side, I travelled solo so it was fine. maybe a little too small for two people. The restaurant upstairs was perfect for breakfast and I enjoyed having a cocktail in bar area when returning for the evening.

From the Get go we were welcomed with open arms and felt very comfortable. Very cool vibe in the hotel and the key cards are playing cards! Thought it was wicked. Our receptionist was very helpful and had a lot of time for us and very knowledgeable. We also tried the rooftop bar which was very cool. Overall can’t fault, especially as it was our anniversary and they very nicely decorated the room. Would recommend!

Tolles Hotel - ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Lovely hotel! Felt luxurious but not snooty. Very professional and friendly staff. Big comfy bed, stylish and well designed bathroom (double sink, nice products, super fluffy towels). Good amenities in the room - coffee machine kettle, iron, fridge. Lots of snacks and drinks in the minibar. Very walkable location close to lots of bars and restaurants. Didn't visit the bar, restaurant or rooftop pool.

Fint hotell 👍god service, hjelpsomt personell.

The hotel was very nice. Pool times was not kid friendly. Limited time so kids could not use. Location was close to many good restaurants. The rooms were clean.

It was a nice stay. The shower leaked which is why the 4 stars.
