we stayed on 38th floor. View was breathtaking. Amenities are thoughtful like both rooms has hair dryer, pots, chopping board, tea sets, toiletries and laundry liquid sachet. The only drawback was the check in must be 2pm if you choose this particular room (and guest not yet checked out). A disadvantage to the future guests who arrived hotel in the early morning. I request for storage luggage through email but they replied no storage luggage at their off-site office. they did not provide alternative solution..only when I personally go to their office, then they gave map of a store to store luggage with a fee ($3) which I only know the truth after waiting for 3 hours at the hotel lobby. no one call us to solve this issue. This is not giving us satisfaction as we had to wait at the hotel for 4 hours. but they allowed us to check in quickly at 12pm. So first day was not a smooth check in. overall the stay was good but if you plan book this hotel, make sure your flight does not arrive super early. The luggage storage is not in the hotel itself. It's a private residence.
