Aside from the sticky floor, worlds smallest breakfast and absolutely wrecked furniture (probably from someone's cat), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pans that were provided had Teflon flakes coming off into food, so bring your own pan. Bed was nice.

The bed was awful every time you moved it was loud moved

This hotel was very dirty. Service was good at the desk but i wouldnt stay at this hotel again. If it was half price then i couldnt complain. But to pay over $100 to stay in a nasty hotel is absurd. The room was dirty and there were stains on the walls. The Breakfast was coffee and muffins. Signs for oatmeal but no oatmeal. Only utensils were plastic spoons. This is an only if your desperate location. Not a recommended hotel!

The bathrooms need remodeling, some areas are rusty and there is broken furniture.

 I was highly disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The main reason we chose this hotel was to have access to a kitchen. However, when we entered our room, we found filthy floors, countertops, and the bathroom. There were no kitchen supplies in the room; you had to get them at the front desk. We were provided with two plates, two cups, two pans, two bowls, and plastic utensils from a grocery store, but we only received two. The stove top was broken and wouldn’t work, and it took four calls before anyone came to fix it. Additionally, if you need extra towels, please bring your old towels to the front desk before you can receive new ones. I signed that you are also responsible for taking out your garbage. I refused to do this. I believe we are entitled to a refund due to being misled by false advertising.

I stayed here for 2 days and nights, when I entered the room, I raised the window blinds and when I wanted to lower them, they never went down. I tried calling the room service but to my surprise the phone wasn't working as well. I went down the other day morning and informed the staff about it. They said someone will come to my room soon, but no one came to see it even after 4 hours. I went to the reception again and they said they can't really do anything about it as there's no maintenance guy available for the next 3 days. Moreover, there were hairs on the bed and on all the towels provided by them. They mentioned free breakfast, which was a big lie as there was only bread and coffee available. No hair dryer in the room and worst service what so ever. My experience with my family was terrible. Thank you.

The worst bed ever. Basically had to sleep on a blow up camping pad to get any rest. Flat out horrible bed. Everything else was decent but if you don’t get sleep it’s just a waste of time and money…

Clean & Friendly… Good For The Time Needed.

Our stay here was okay. Nothing.special but nothing terrible. Just okay.

This hotel was disgusting. I don't think anyone had cleaned the room before we arrived because the floor was dusty and had small trash bits on it (small pieces of tissue, clumps of dirt, etc.). It was also really sketchy - a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot constantly (like with camp chairs smoking). I did not feel very safe, especially with a child. Definitely would not recommend. The front desk and service staff were friendly.

I found it unacceptable to have a ripped leather sofa in our room. It was so dirty and ripped that I couldn’t get myself to sit on it during my stay. Clean bathroom and kitchenette, but they didn’t provide the cooking ware including the coffee machine. I called the front desk to get it to me but she said it was unavailable currently and that she would call when available. Unfortunately, i checked out without getting these kitchen ware nor the coffee machine I requested. Keep in mind to get your kitchen stuff just in case. Overall, it was Okay, but i doubt i will ever come back.

I would usually opt for more accommodations but it was a last minute trip to Phish and all the rooms were $$$ in Manchester. For one night it was fine. No utensils was rough with having yogurt. No plates. Bed was comfortable enough. Very quiet and clean outside. Bathroom was a little dirty. Some furniture bear up. Wall was dirty too but not the worst. Clean it up a bit and it would be ok.

Currently past 2am,can still hear upstair neighbors walking around. Can also hear people talking loudly outside

Clean, good condition. The bed was very hard.

It was a nice, quiet, hidden place to stay for the night. Close to stores, airport and a couple of restaurants.
