小さな公園の前にあるプチホテル。 近くにレストランやスーパーもありとても便利。 受付と部屋は徒歩3分程度の別のところにあります。 落ち着いた場所で気に入りました。

フロントとアパートメントが公園を隔てた反対側にあります。 エレベーターが無く細い階段を荷物を持って昇降しなければならないうえ、掃除直後だったのか床が濡れて滑る状態でした。（その割には細部は汚れていたり前日の宿泊客の髪の毛があったりと清掃は行き届いてはいませんでしたが）。 何よりも、寒い夜にシャワーのお湯が出なかったことでスタッフとすぐには連絡が付かず、1時間後に受信したメッセージでは通常２人分の入浴用のお湯しか確保できないとのこと。このような情報は、宿泊予約時点で事前に知らせるべきだと思いますし、2名以上の家族連れでの宿泊はお薦めできません。 部屋のインテリアは素敵だし、立地も良いので改善を希望します。

Literally everything and everyone was amazing!!! The rooms we stayed in were beautiful and clean! This was our very first trip to Portugal and the staff went above and beyond with the customer service! We plan on visiting Portugal again and they definitely will have our business. I beyond recommending staying here. The location also was perfect there is a little store you can walk to along with a park and an amazing gelato place that we went to every single night!! If you are stuck at to where to stay check this place out you won’t regret it.

Super cute efficient layout.

It’s a small room well equipped, air conditioned, clean, the only problem for us that the room was on the third floor and no elevator. Great location, next to a lively park with great restaurants. Not far from public transportation.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, cold AC. Comfortable bed. Walk-in shower. Tea and coffee machine and kettle, Small fridge. My building on Das Flores was a great location for restaurants and bars. Cons: Wi-fi would connect but there was never any internet. Lots of black mold. Lousy sound-proofing. No additional internal lock on the door - had to use the key every time.

Smooth check-in process. The room was clean and in great condition, and the AC was great for the summer. The accommodation is right next to Jardim Fialho de Almeida, in my opinion the best little park in Lisbon to relax or hang out in the evening when it gets livelier. There are also great restaurants and bars right around there. Having some shampoo or similar amenities provided would have made it absolutely perfect.

Charming neighborhood with many eating options around a small park where families brought kids to play as parents had wine/beer in the park. Only drawback to room was the steep stairs - 10 of which were old stone and steep. Great for agile people. We did not use frig or microwave.

Alles wunderbar. Uns hatte eigentlich nur eine Wasserflasche oder irgendwas im Kühlschrank ( auch zum bezahlen ) gefehlt und dass man nicht ganz abdunkeln konnte. Sonst tip top ;) Gute Lage!

Já é a segunda vez que fico nesse local e seria capaz de repetir sempre a hospedagem! A localização é excelente, o atendimento da equipe é muito cordial e as instalações são muito confortáveis, limpa e apropriadas.

Staff was very helpful in showing us to our room which was located a couple blocks from the check-in office. Very clean and comfortable.

The location is great, however the room I stayed at looked nothing like the pictures. We stayed at the building across the street. The bathroom ceiling in my room had a leak, and the bed was very small and uncomfortable. On weekends it can be very noisy at night as the property faces a busy square.

Bellissima location: Flores Guest House ha delle camere anche sulla Praca das Flores, uno dei posti magici per soggiornare a Lisbona. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, in un’atmosfera suggestiva e gioiosa

The air conditioning was an issue for all of our stay. The remote was not working until the last couple of days after we calling reception to let them know about the issues we were having. The air conditioner made a racket and was never fixed - even after 3 visits from staff. The noise kept us awake when using the AC at night - it got noisier as it pulsed off. For the last night we switched it off as it had got even noisier. It sounded like a fan issue. These things should all be checked and corrected between visitor stays - it left us a little disappointed in the stay.

The location was great and you can tell they have renovated the rooms. The walls are thin and we were on the 3rd floor room where it sounded like someone was constantly dropping or walking above us- supposedly we booked a loft but there was clearly a loft above us. Aside from lack of good sleep everything else was nice. It would be nice if the hotel management could share with guests to be mindful of noise carrying over, since it’s not common sense for all guests.
