交通の便がよく路面電車、地下鉄いずれの駅からのアクセスが良く、近くにスーパーもいくつかあり買い物もべんりでした。部屋は2ベッドルーム、キッチンも使いやすくお湯も潤沢に出て快適でした。トイレが一つしかなかったのが残念でした。将来日本式シャワートイレの導入を検討いただけたらうれしいです。

近くにアウガルテンミュージアムがあり、陶器好きにはとてもよい立地でした。

Our apartment was spotless a d fully equipped. 100% satisfied.

We had a great stay at the Rafael Kaiser Apartment during our trip to Vienna. The location was excellent—close to public transportation and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. While it wasn’t very large, it was perfectly adequate for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only improvements I would suggest would be to provide face cloths (only bath towels were available) and to add a few USB/USB-C charging ports. We brought international adapters, but there still weren’t enough outlets to charge all of our phones, iPads, and other devices at the same time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to families visiting Vienna.

Ce que j’ai apprécié le plus c’est d’avoir assez de papier de toilette, des essuie-glaces tout, du café et lait, des serviettes en masse, du détergeant à lessive, laveuse et sécheuse, bref tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances était fourni !! C’était vraiment apprécié!!

Nice room and location

Our stay in Vienna offered a great balance of comfort and accessibility. We stayed in a top-floor unit, which provided a quiet and private atmosphere, yet remained within a short walk of major tourist attractions and local supermarkets. The location is exceptionally well-connected to the city's metro system, making exploration effortless. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including laundry facilities, reliable high-speed WiFi, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and milk provided. While the building features reliable lift access and the management was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, we did encounter some minor technical hitches with the keyless entry system. Our initial code did not work, requiring a phone call to resolve, and the door keypad was occasionally temperamental. Additionally, while the main living area was large, the space immediately surrounding the bed was a bit tight. Despite these small inconveniences, it remains a solid, well-equipped choice for anyone looking for a peaceful base in the heart of the city. Just be sure to double-check your access codes upon arrival!

Almost perfect. Location is great. We got two rooms for snorers without realizing the door to the bedroom doesn't quite close all the way, but it still worked out without too much disturbance. The apt. was great. Nice outdoor terrace. Fairly roomy and up-to-date. However, the bed of the sofa bed needs more support; it really wasn't useable for us. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor with a sheet under it, which was much better and worked fine. The couch itself is also not so comfy to sit on for older people. However, the rest of it made up for everything. Would definitely stay again. For parking, we used repark. We parked once and left the car there. You don't need one in Vienna at all.

Be aware that if someone is sleeping on the pullout couch, there is a skylight directly above it that cannot be covered so bright light at the crack of dawn. Otherwise a very nice place about a 20 minute walk to most tourist areas.
