Nice sized room. Matt was such a friendly host. Made my wife and I a great breakfast. Very convenient location to the Keswick market. Only a 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive to Grasmere village. We would definitely stay here again.

Was happy with everything about the place

Matt was very helpful and has a lot of good suggestions for things to do in the Lakes District. Location is excellent and you can walk to town in a few minutes, which has a wide range of shopping and dining. The nearby foreshore is beautiful. The only thing that wasn't quite as expected was the parking, which was challenging to find and on occasion, took a lot of time to find something within a hundred yards or less. The property details stated that parking was included, but there is no onsite parking, so you take your chances in a very congested area.

Guys running it were friendly and happy to help. It is in a good location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. Very dog friendly and it was obvious both guys loved dogs. Ðogs can go into dining area with you so no worries about leaving them in room. Gluten free breakfast available along with oat milk if required.

Lovely older B and B. Room well taken care of. Older large bathroom, but all necessary items available . Had to figure out how to work the shower. Situated in neighborhood about 6 min walk to town center.

Perfect guest house within walking distance to Keswick town centre. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Would likely book to stay again.

Matt was a fantastic host. Great location just a few minutes walk into Keswick. Breakfast was very nicely cooked and presented. Great selection of cereals and juices. Room was clean and presented well. There's an information pack in the room which I thought was a nice touch. Everything from local bus times and location to doctors and some of Matt's favourite walks and drives in the local area.

We have been twice now to this hotel and really enjoy staying , they love dogs which is a big bounce...... we will be returning again in the future , great location only 5-10min walk in to town with great views and the host are so great nothing to much trouble for them . they do a great breakfast

The friendliest, dog-friendly guest house you could wish for, with a fantastic breakfast thrown in to set us up nicely for the day. Will definitely return!

We had an enjoyable couple of nights. The room was small and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable but the welcome and service was excellent and the breakfast was good. Every departing guest also received a piece of homemade cake which was a nice touch. The property is very handy for walking into town.

Very friendly, helpful owner. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast and homemade bread pudding. On quiet, lovely street, but yet close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.
