レセプションの方はとてもフレンドリーで良くしてくださいました。 私たちが荷物の遅延で困っていたので、どこに行けば服が買えるか丁寧に教えてくれました。感謝しています。

They don’t have parking space so we parked at parking garage they suggested (with special discount). You need to make sure the open hours of the garage, we needed to ask someone to open the garage to catch out return flight in the morning! Street parking is easily get ticketed, watch out and read the sign carefully!

Loved this hotel. Unique and superbly refurbished to a very high standard. It was immaculate, had everything I needed and was in a perfect location for my stay. It was a real treat staying here and I would definitely recommend and stary here again.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage, um auch zu Fuß die Altstadt erkunden zu können. Tolle Geschäfte und eine Vielzahl von Gastronomie liegen in direkter Nähe.

The place is reasonably quiet even though our room is facing the street and is only on the second level. Our suite is big with a square dining table and a big couch. Kitchen is decently equipped. Two minor issue we have, the front door lock is trickly to unlock, and the room is dark even with all the lights turned on.

Better than expected! Big clean space with good proximity to restaurants and bars. Would recommend

Absolutely loved my stay in Porto. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, but the highlight for me was definitely the deck. It was such a nice space to relax after exploring the city and honestly made me wish I had booked a longer stay. Having a kitchen was also a huge bonus and made the place feel much more like home. Great location, great atmosphere, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Room spacious and had been renovated. Building is dated and does not have elevator, making it difficult for us seniors to carry the luggage up the stairs. The rooms felt kind of dark. Surprised that we needed to use key to lock room door from inside. Check-in office is not on-site. Staff were slow in responding to questions.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Cleaning came in daily and the apartment was in a very convenient location from a lot of Porto attractions.

Beautiful, spacious room in great location

We loved this apart hotel! It was very clean and well maintained. The layout of the studio was very efficient, and the staff was very friendly. The location was great to walk down to the river and surrounded by many restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to see. Just be aware that there is no elevator in the building!

Tout d’abord une magnifique accueil, puis un logement au delà de ce que j’ai pu voir sur les photos . Bref c’était très agréable.

What a great find this apartment was. Great location in Bolhao, very walkable to Ribeira too. We stayed in room 2B and we had a gorgeous sunny balcony to the back which we weren't expecting. Great value overall, and a well designed self contained studio apartment. All kitchen equipment, towels, hangers etc included. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, clean and quiet.

Ficamos 2 noites no hotel, o apartamento era muito bom, tudo aparentemente recém reformado, boa limpeza. Chuveiro e cama boas, utensílios bons e tudo funcionando. Dois detalhes apenas: primeiro que não tem contato 24h para qualquer situação. Segundo é que o andar de cima quando pessoal caminha faz bastante barulho no apartamento. No geral, mesmo assim, voltaria em outra ocasião, o espaço é amplo e muito bem localizado.

It was very hot and we weren't able to operate the air conditioner and bathroom door didn't close. We had advised reception but no one came and had to reach out again later in the evening as the room was unbearably warm. The hotel is old which was to be expected and the cleanliness was ok. The room is cleaned every other day so not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. There were alot of little flies and moths flying inside the room. Also, one of the pillows was dirty and didn't look like the case was cleaned. We tried to change hotels after the first day but would not allow us to. We paid alot of money for this room and expected much more. Was offered another room but was on the main floor and was a downgrade. We stayed in a 3 star in Lisbon and paid much less and received much better customer service.

This was a lovely apartment, everything worked well and we had everything we needed. Great location to get to the shops, city centre. There was a good supermarket just up the street.
