Two days before our trip the property we booked and paid for notified us that we were being relocated to a sister property to accommodate other guests. We had to pay for it in full, and if we cancelled we would not get our money back, but yet they can bounce us to a Super 8 caliber location without compensation or upgrade. The whole industry has become self serving and could care less about their clients. The people at the site were excellent but that does not make up for the way we were treated without recourse. Needless to say, getting treated like this two days before our vacation started did have a negative effect on the whole week. Travel is becoming less desirable.
