Exceptional, warm, and lovely hosts in a delightful neighborhood with a cozy and comfortable room with a lovely view of Scottish sunsets and a yummy hot breakfast made to order. There's plenty to walk to in regards to dining, groceries and shopping, and just across the street is the local train station that get you to the city center and the train station in 8 minutes!

Really excellent stay with great hosts and a lovely breakfast.

Conveniently located. Nice and clean. Accessible by local bus. Had to climb two floors to get to the room with heavy bags. Check and request room on lower floor if carrying heavy bags.

The hosts were friendly, the room was beautiful, delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Lovely place to stay. The room was immaculate & very comfortable, so much so, we overslept for breakfast and Marion kindly made me scrambled eggs way after the cut off point. There was also no pushing for payment, very relaxed and Marion & Dave were super hosts. Thank you. Hope to be back next year!

The Kildonan Guesthouse was a great value. Our toilet didn't flush the best and the shower was very small. The walk to Union Street was a wee bit longer than we expected.

As a guest house, the property was very nice and the host very pleasant. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is situated in an upscale neighbourhood close to the centre of the city. Though an older property it has been sympathetically updated, is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Marion and Dave are engaged hosts making sure you are welcome and providing a excellent cooked breakfast. On-street parking was easily found and at no cost. The neighbourhood is safe and ideal for walking, the city centre is just over a half hour walk and their is a bus route passing the property. Highly recommended, will stay there again.

Very clean, fresh towels and room cleaned thoroughly every day. Marion was extremely friendly and gave some good tips for things to do in and around Aberdeen (I loved the maritime museum...especially since it was free!) Excellent breakfast and fresh coffee, what's not to love about this place :)
