Great place ! Very clean

Clean entrance. Quick and friendly check in. Clean room and nice workout facility

Easy to get to. Clean

The room was great. We only stayed one night but suited our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and the staff were all friendly. The only thing I would suggest for side sleepers is to bring your own pillow. The pillows were great they just deflated too much to be supportive.

We were disappointed to find that the pool was closed as that was the primary reason we decided on this hotel. Also, during our stay, the breaker went out and I had to call the front desk. I’ve never had that happen before. The elevator was dirty. The dryer took two whole cycles to dry my clothes not a very cheap endeavor. Breakfast Was good and the staff at the front desk were very nice. The rooms were comfortable.

Hard to get to but everything was clean and well maintained. Price is fair.

Stopped in on our way back from Colorado. Good place to stay!

Great place to stop.

It was great. We had stayed 9 straight nights in hotels at different locations across the west and this was the BEST one.

It’s all by itself up on the hill, but the hotel is GREAT!

Passing through the area and booked the place. No complaints. Friendly staff.

I checked in late in the night. (1:30 am) As I walked into my room it was very hot (86). I turned off the heat at the thermostat. But the unit kept running. I called the front desk. They said there’s nothing they could do because all the rooms were booked. So I unplugged the unit. I couldn’t sleep until about 5:30 in the morning because the room was so hot. As I checked out, I talked to the front desk again. Different manager on duty. Told him about the situation. All he did was say sorry and handed me a bottle of water. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

It was great. We got lost on our way and when i called Kailey helped us. They provided extra blanket for my husband and showed us restaurants.

Quiet Clean Staff very helpful, good breakfast

Staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean. The bedding we requested for the pull out couch was disappointing--especially since we paid extra for it. We were not pleased with the cleanliness of the pool water. Breakfast was not as good as we have had at other Holiday Inn Express locations. Juices seemed to be watered down, pancakes seemed waxy and cheese omelets were disappointing.

Missed breakfast the first day because it ended at 9. They should really consider west coast travelers when setting the time. I asked for a new coffee maker because mine wasn’t working. I never got it. On the second day the breakfast was out of everything. The pancake machine kept breaking. With the price I paid I expected things to be a little more organized.

I reserved two rooms they gave us rooms on the first floor and they smelled moldy and musty! There were no rooms left to change to a different room! The swimming pool and area smelled musty also! we have stayed there several times and have never had this experience!

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed 1 night. It was safe and quiet. The staff is accommodating and friendly. My only issue is that I paid $100 more than if I would have used Trivago. The hotel doesn’t price match and I have to file a dispute with Expedia.
