中心部からやや離れていますが、三輪タクシーが往来するので気になりませんでした。設備は清潔で、お湯も十分な量が出ます。観光の道順や車の手配など、スタッフの方々に大変良くしていただきました。

Security was always at entrance and it was enough safe to stay. Staffs were friendly and helped me a lot.

値段に対しては凄くいいと思います。部屋の設備が思ったよりずっと良かった(古くなくて綺麗、シャワーカーテンもあったし、朝食の場所、内容も良かった).

スタッフの対応が他のミャンマーのホテルに比べ、 とても良かったです。 部屋、設備共に問題なく、日本のビジネスホテルの様な印象でした。

とてもキレイなホテルで、立地も悪くないと思います。 郊外の観光に利用するタクシーやリクシャー等も手配もスムーズに行って頂けましたし、金額的には特段に安くはないと思いますが、ビュッフェ式の朝食も美味しかったですし、このサービスなら納得できるかなぁ…という感想を持ちました。

傘を貸してくれたり、シェアタクシーを手配してくれたり、地図をくれたり、従業員が親切。徒歩圏内に飲食店がいくらでもあります。冷蔵庫もあります。

Good locations, close to famous gold leaf workshops, close walk to the train station. Hotel is very new rooms in good condition, cool roof top bar with puppet show. Good food.

We didn’t stay as condition unacceptable. Smelly room, dirty towels, gaps around window, very noisy.

Very accommodating staff and nice clean rooms. Location is not close to main attractions but not far either.

Loved this hotel. Easy to get to from the airport and a great welcome from the reception staff. Arrived slightly early so room was not ready for occupation. Supplied with cold fruit juice while we waited. Room was spacious clean with a great bathroom and real comfy bed. Housekeeping is superb clean towels everyday bed made up and room made spotless. The breakfast and staff in restaurant were terrific. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Good location. Drinks and food are a little expensive, priced in US dollars, but breakfast is included and it's really good!

No hot water, the air conditioning can't be turned on until some time after you come in and turns off sporadically, and the staff aren't trustworthy. Also as the other reviews say it's quite loud. Linens don't appear clean. Bathroom not as in the pictures but more like a wet room, no water pressure maybe because there's no hot water and nowhere to put anything. More like a 1* hotel.

Perfecto para la estancia en Mandalay. Buenas vistas desayuno muy bueno tipo buffet. Estupendo. Ninguna queja.

People who like to sleep quietly and comfortably, it is best not to come to this hotel.

Room was nice. Bathroom was very well stocked with items Sochi as a shaver and sewing kit. Fridge was roomy and bed was comfortable. However, ‘complimentary’ items such as the mini bar could cost as much as 2500 Kt depending on what you drank.

Great service, nice and clean rooms. I did not like the fact there is a metal layer in front of windows. Could have a better breakfast.

Whenever I come to Mandalay I stay here. Perfect place. Clean room ,kind staff, good food.
