カレメグダンそばのショッピングモール4階にある新しいブティックホテル。ショッピングモール内には両替サービス、スーパー、書店、スターバックスなどもあり便利です。メインストリートも徒歩圏内。 モダンな内装で設備に不足なく、シャワーもお湯たっぷり出ます。シャワーブースだけで湯船がない・歯ブラシは用意されていないので日本の方は注意かも。 受付の方がフレンドリーで英語もわかりやすく話してくれます。付属レストランもお洒落ですが、高めなので自分はもっぱら外で食べてました。 タクシーも受付で気軽に呼んでくれますし（早朝でもすぐ来ます）、ロビーに水とお菓子の自販機もあって（高めですが）何気に便利でした。

Room and bed very comfy. Communal areas could have been much better utilised.

While the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist( 10 for their effort) the overall experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room could have been much better—there were carpet stains, dust in the corners, and hair from the previous guest left on the bed. Additionally, it was off-putting to see guests from the upper floors throwing cigarette butts out the windows,which ended up at our balcony. The biggest issue was the lack of water in the room for over 10 hours due to maintenance. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation, not even extra bottles of water. Despite not being able to shower or use the toilet for such a long period, they still charged the full room rate, which felt unfair given the circumstances. Breakfast is good , full of different varieties.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very nice and kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

It was my second visit and the hotel is on the more quirky side. Really good bedroom facilities but the 2 elements that REALLY frustrate me about this hotel are that there is no tea and coffee in the bedrooms which is poor for the rating and price and that there is no shower gel but instead solid bars of soap that are so horrible and drying on your skin. I had to go to a drug store to buy shower gel!! Also if someone is staying more than one night please replenish the bottles of water in the room. But I do love the little touches like the cookies, fruit and juice. The restaurant and roof top bar are fabulous.

I didn’t receive my VIP benefits at all and it’s really frustrating that they don’t provide tea and coffee in the room. Almost unheard of!

The best hotel in the city! Location, facilities, staff, food, everything!

Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. Excellent location and amenities. The room was above out expectations, with most beautiful view. We will definitely stay again.

Just PERFECT! Staff, comfort, service, location, restaurant, bar, concept design!! Can’t say enough good things for Mama! Just loved it. Will back for sure.. I have been in Beograd more than 10 times and feeling regret that I didnt know about Mama!

I have stayed at Mama Shelter in Belgrade multiple times. It is excellent; clean, comfortable, great audio visual options, excellent breakfast buffet and perfect location in the city center. I am very happy with my time there.

The location is amazing, walking distance to sites shopping and restaurants . Cool decor and vibe . The last day of our 7 day stay we got our room finally properly cleaned. The comforter was unusually warm and the temperature control didnt seem to work .

Great location and great placement above the mall. Fantastic panoramic views of Belgrade. Great service. Very lively bar that happens to be the hotspot for local night life. After hours access is a bit problematic because the mall entrances close during the night and one has to figure out where is the elevator. My only complaint would be that they do not have adequate shower supplies. Instead of usual shower gel and shampoo you get a small bar soap.

A gem in the city! Perfect location, large rooms - clean and very quiet - attentive staff and excellent amenities. Delicious breakfast with good collection of authentic Serbian dishes. The restaurant is superb - we dined in it 4 times and everything was a hit! I will stay there again in a heartbeat. Zero cons, only pros.
