This was the worst hotel ever. We asked for cleaning up the room so many times, they haven’t done even 1 time during our 4 days stay. Can you believe that? This is not Hilton. This is WORSTON. But reception staff and the restaurant staff are all nice.

A/C didnt work properly. Blackout shades did not come down, shower needed maintenance

I was a little surprised that for the amount I paid for the room that breakfast was not included. I was also surprised that I was expected to pay $2.oo a piece for the water bottles they left in the room for coffee. I also chose to stay at this particular hotel because they had an indoor pool. It was not working during our stay. Only one elevator was working, and considering all the rooms were sold out, it made waiting to get to and from our room around 20 minutes (waiting 10 leaving and waiting 10 returning.) Besides that, the room was clean so that's always a plus!

I liked the location downtown but there were several reasons I won’t stay there again. Didn’t really look like the pictures. The shower arm was broken and the coffee maker did not work. The tv did not have streaming capability. Parking was $21 not $10 like in the description.
