No está como se describe en la aplicación, es caro para el tipo de Hotel que es, está en una Zona Roja de Monterrey llena de delincuentes, drogadictos, rateros no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Pague 4 días y salí al siguiente día de ahí por todo la inmundicia que se respira. No vayan

La entrada al hotel sin limpiar(banquetas), dan aspecto de suciedad

No es un hotel para estarlo publicitando. Es un hotel de 5to nivel. Para inmigrantes y chicas de la calle.

I would never recommend this stay to anyone. The pictures portrayed are nothing like what the actual place looks like. The “City View” is abysmal, nothing but dirty streets and a KFC in front of a rundown terrace and windows that don’t even open. As you arrive you immediately feel unsafe in the area, no on site parking, no anything this place is horrible and the fact that they make it non refundable says a lot. They know they are scamming people with lies and I regret ever giving this place a chance because I was deceived by the photos they portray the place to be. Completely unsatisfied and again nothing but regret after booking this stay and having them waste my money.

pesima hubicacion

Muy centrica, economica y bien para llegar a dormir

The staff was rude. Requested I leave a deposit of 200 pesos for a tv remote. They would hand guests towels as they registered. Too many rules and restrictions. Outside the hotel it is an absolute mess. Homeless everywhere. Cardboard and trash scattered everywhere. The ONLY positive thing was that I slept good because I was on the 5th floor. Away from the noise.

La señorita de recepcion con una pesima atencion y en el cuarto habia una fuga de agua que reporte y siguio igual

FACILIDAD PARA LLEGAR EN EL METRO Y CERCANO A LA CENTRAL DE AUTOBUSES

No es lo que parece, inclusive te conectan la llamada con reservación para que hagas transferencia y smtermina siendo un fraude

No había televisión, baje y le comente a la señorita y muy grosera dijo que no había servicio de televisión ybque no llegaría, el Internet malisimo llegaba y se iiba tenia que salirme a las escaleras para agrrar señal, quise tomar un vaso de la recepción (desechable) y me dijeron que era para el servicio de cafe, le doje que si podía entonces tomar cafe, dijo que si y a la hora de servir no había, el vaso se ensucio un poco pero me dijo que no podía llevarmelo haj ja, yo realmente creo que puede haber mejores opciones
