Great stay. The hostess was welcoming and full of helpful knowledge. The apartment was spacious, clean and with great views. It was also ideally placed for catching the bus to the Old Town and for local restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating, and quick to respond. Apartment was clean and close to a variety of restaurants. Lovely and spacious with a great balcony space.

A great spot to stay. It’s a convenient walk to multiple beaches and restaurants and a scenic walk down to old town! The host was kind and even let me in for an early check-in! The room was great and spacious and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!

Everything went perfectly! Kristina is the best host we could have. She helped us with everything we needed! She gave us several tips, she always responded promptly! The location is excellent, just a few meters from the bus stop, 400 meters from the beach! We love it!! thanks!!!

Siisti, rauhallinen ja mukava majapaikka. Huomaavaisen ystävällinen palvelu. Lähellä on kivoja ravintololoita, kävelykatu rannalle ja bussiyhteys (nro 6) vanhaan kaupunkiin. Ei portaiden ja rinnesijainnin vuoksi sovi liikuntaesteisille.

Christina was good, place is clean and tidy

Kristina is just amazing. 5 stars. The places are spotless and the A/C blows cold on the hottest days. We really needed it. She had parking for us and we walked to and from the old town many times. We stayed in two different apartments she has and we’d come back, absolutely. No reason to even bother looking for anything else. Quite frankly, it was perfect. Oh, and there’s food just down the road like 2 minutes.

Perfectly flawless stay. Spotless places (we stayed two nights in two different units). Comfort was 100%. It was very hot and muggy and the A/C cranks! Kristina is fantastic and so sweet and kind. We will stay here again, absolutely!

A lovely apartment in a nice location, near transport, a supermarket, and close to the beach. If you happen to enjoy watching the common swift (a bird that is a symbol of the city), the balcony is at their cruising height. Amazing aerial performances right before you - at eye level. The hosting family is very nice.

Nice well furnished apartment in a quiet part of town. Lovely view of the harbour from the Lapad apartment. Owners of the apartment were very helpful. If you are relying on public transport (no. 6 bus) to get you to Old City regularly, it can be frustrating. Queues are very long at the stop, bus fills up and can wait up to 20 minutes. And this was not the peak period.

I liked my stay at Adria. It was quite nice, clean, tidy and well organized apartment. The host was quite nice, immediately after my call she came out of the property and welcomed me. I found her very enthusiastic person who wanted to share a lot of important information about Dubrovnik and things to do there. And, importantly how to save some pennies on doing things differently :)

La situation géographique - Superbe vue sur le port et les montagnes - Espace dans l'appartement - Calme - Balcon très agréable - Accueil des hotes malgré la barrière de la langue - Place de parking (précieuse). Je recommande absolument !

It’s a nice, very clean, apartment with fridge, microwave, good A/C, on a quiet street only a block from the bus stop that takes you to the old city walls (15 min). The older couple that lives there speaks only Croatian or German, but their daughter speaks English and was very helpful giving us maps and telling where the nearest shops, stores, etc. There is a nice walkway to the beach next to the bus stop, with resturants and boat tour operators all the way down.

Adria apartments are very clean and well equipped. We had the standard double room which is lovely with an outside area to sit. If you want your own balcony book the apartments. The owners are truelly lovely and helped us out so much when we had a car issue. I can't thank them enough for making our stay in Dubrovnik so lovely.

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel and it’s accessibility to so many things.
